Caring in an Asylum (Private for ToddlerMarissa and diaperboy187)

Nora Ling was a twenty-three year old woman with long black hair, bright blue eyes, and was a little on the short side. She was a kind and caring person but was a little lonely since she had no children of her own. Nora had recently graduated from college with a degree in psychology and was now about to start her first day working at an asylum. She was a little worried that some of the patients might not open up to her but pushed the thoughts out of her head as she went to go see her first patient.

Nora's first patient was sleeping on her bed in a room at the asylum. She was a tall, brown-haired, brown-eyed girl that was 18 years old. Her name was Melissa Waters, and she was recently admitted into the asylum due to an unfortunate car accident that took her parents lives and left her with permanent brain damage. Melissa had the mental capacity of a toddler and the bladder and bowel control of one too, so she wore a diaper under her jeans, which caused them to bulge considerably. She was also wearing a simple white shirt with flower designs.

Nora gasped as she read through Melissa's file and was a little surprised that the girl wasn't in a rehabilitation program or a senior citizen center. Nora wondered if the doctor at the hospital had even tried to help her as she entered the patient's room. "Oh hello little cutie how are you doing today ? Do you need a new diapee yet or are you still dry ?" Nora asked Melissa as she approached her and checked her diaper. She didn't expect much besides some cute baby babble from her and wondered if the girl would cooperate with her.

Melissa woke to the sound of a lady speaking to her. She didn't really understand the words, but the lady's voice was calm and soothing, so Melissa thought she was very nice. Melissa giggled happily at the nice lady and sucked on her fingers. Then Melissa noticed that the nice lady was asking her about her diapee, so she said "Wet diapee," with a little giggle, wanting to be a good girl for the nice lady.

"Oh yes I can see that silly girl. Ok just hold still and I will get you in a dry diaper really quick" Nora told Melissa as she quickly picked her up and set her down on the bed. Nora sighed as she realized that she didn't bring any changing supplies with her and thought about what to do as she checked her notes again. She smiled as she decided to take Melissa on a small little trip to get her some diapers. Nora wasn't sure if she would get in trouble for doing it but didn't want to leave the poor girl alone for even a few minutes.

Melissa smiled again at the nice lady's tone; she really wanted to be a good girl for her. As she was laid on the bed to get changed, and she started grabbing her bare feet and playing with her toes. However, the nice lady then stood her up again, took her hand, and started walking. Melissa giggled happily, toddling alongside her, eager to go on an adventure. However, she was still confused about why the nice lady didn't change her diaper. "No change diapee?" the regressed teenager asked, voicing her concern.

"Sorry sweetie I forgot you didn't have any changing supplies or spare diapers in your room. That's why we are taking a little trip to the supply room. So can you tell me how old you are ?" Nora explained to Melissa as she kept walking to the supply room. Nora wasn't sure if Melissa could understand her but was glad that Melissa hadn't started acting up or giving her any trouble.

"Goin' on a twip!" Melissa echoed, clapping her hands. She always loved going on adventures, and going on one with the nice lady seemed like oodles of fun! The mentally regressed girl skipped along with the nice lady when the nice lady asked her another question. How old was she? Melissa knew that she was a big girl, but numbers were beyond her. "Mewissa big giwl!" she said, expressing her age the only way she knew how.

"That's right we are going on a trip but we need to be quiet so we don't wake the other people up. So be a good big girl and try to keep from making too much noise" Nora told Melissa as she didn't want her disturbing the other patients. Nora also made sure to check and see what brand of diapers the girl was supposed to be in as they approached the supply room.

The nice lady didn't have to worry about Melissa making noise; she was too busy looking around to say anything. Melissa took in the sights of the asylum with awe, as this was the first time she had been out of her room since her transfer yesterday. As they were walking, Nora noticed the waistband of Melissa's diaper sticking out of her jeans, the brand name prominently displayed. Eventually, the two of them reached the supply room.
