What does it feel like?

I've never used anything other than disposable diapers (Depends Maximum Protection, to be specific), and have never actually... 'used' them except masturbation. What does it really feel like to be in a wet diaper? A messy one? Also, what does it feel like to put on and wear a cloth diaper? What about wearing a wet or messy one of those? And how 'bout those odd types of cloth diaper I see on this site a lot (like in the Enema Rhapsody manga and the others done by the same artist)? Answers & descriptions please?

Also, what does it feel like after being given a suppository? The feeling of it working, and of when your control finally gives and you empty into the diaper?

They are not odd. They are the most common type of cloth diapers in eastern part of Asia. Most minimalist approach of cloth diapers: no pins, robust plastic-cloth waterproof, no velcro attached on the cotton cloth.

It's hard to say what abwet diaper feels like it's a little to a lot heavier but depending if you have good diapers or not still feels dry. Suppsitories those are fun... Though when you finally lose to it it hurts a fairly large amount.. It's smooth so it's not bad to insert and your bowels rumble so to say as it starts working. But like I said it hurts when you lose and start to mess. A messy diaper Is normally squishy and sticks on the inside of your bottom cheeks. So I can't say positivaly for that but over all it feels nice to use the diapers I would try it out if I were you

I'm asking all these questions for sake of accuracy for a fic I MIGHT write and post on this site.
With a suppository, when you 'lose', does it all come out at once in a continuous thing, or does it come out in waves/sequence? Where on the scale of Solid<->Hard<->Soft<->Liquid does it fall? When you say it 'hurts', what exactly do you mean? How? And for a scenario in said fic, if a person is given a suppository after not being allowed/able to poo for... oh, say three or four days, how much would be expected?
And lastly, for the fic (IF it is made), how long should the unwilling-diaper-messer be left in the mess for humiliation/"ickyness" without serious risk of them either getting a bad rash or starting to get used to the feeling? Also, somewhat-unrelated question: baby powder - how much?

Ill give advice on the details your requesting according to biology and appropriate standards of care and hygiene but given your writing fan fiction reality and being reasonable to these standards doesn't have to apply unless you want it to.

A suppository is the strongest laxative available today (and can only be given under direct medical attention because of the risks). It causes the bowel to inflate rapidly by blocking absorption of and/or increasing the level of water in the large intestine. Fibre supplements inflate the large intestine by increasing the bulk of the stool. The greater the inflation the heavier the intestine contracts and the greater the "cramps". Over the counter laxatives do their work within about 24 hours (depending on brand) but the glycerin suppositories do it within 10-15 minutes.

The suppository causes a huge and rapid cramp that is an extremely painful uncontrollable wave. Elimination will be an uncontrollable rapid expulsion of a large watery mess( bowels can actually explode so medical attention is required and the more water in the mess the faster it comes out). Experiencing this its like the worst case of diarrhoea you have ever had twice over at once. It can also be so strong that you wind up with a very massive and painful case of hemorrhoids that may need further treatment (including surgery)

The only way a person cannot be physically able to go after 3-4 days would be a medical issue like an intestinal blockage or severe severe constipation. It is actually dangerous for your health to go that long and your body will take over after a period of time and you will have an accident. The cramping (intestinal contractions) would slowly get worse and worse as the intestine has to work harder to push the progressively harder mass through.

In this kind of situation and the expected volume within the intestine a Glycerin suppository would likely cause a persons large intestine to explode or rip causing a massive case of infection or bleeding that may be fatal and so painful there are no words in humanity to describe it. If this doesn't happen get ready to treat your victim for painful hemorrhoids for a few weeks.

A person who hasn't gone in a few days and is in this condition is "Evacuated" in a gentle and simple way that is slow and steady and not "all at once" like with a glycerin suppository.

The amount "ejected" would be unpredictable as it would depend on too many factors that are specific to the individual but the situation above would equal a very large amount that is likely beyond what a typical diaper could hold.

Typically this kind of situation is usually into scat territory as opposed to Infantilism as its so unrealistic biologically.

A messy "victim" shouldn't be left in a diaper no more than 5-10 minutes because the bacteria that populate the skin bacteria will start to infest it the minute it leaves the body and cause the smell to get progressively worse. The acids and chemicals of these two things against a person's skin will begin to break it down and within about 24 hours you'll have a case of painful diaper rash. This is not cut and dry so one should remain conservative about this.

A good rule of thumb is to stay in the mess only until you find a suitable and hygienic place to change. Maybe making them sit down in it is okay so long as you make sure you clean them really good during changing to prevent a rash. Wet Diapers generally can stay on for several hours but it depends on how wet and what a person can tolerate for the very same reasons as above.

Humiliation shouldn't come from holding back the body's natural processes as your goal for a baby is to let their bodies take over without conscious interference. The humiliation comes from the dealing with those functions before, after, or as they occur and what you do to aid in the loss of control. This is your story however so you do it as you wish as this is only my opinion.

Baby powder is meant as a barrier between the skin and the diaper to prevent the moisture and the skin's bacteria from exchanging places (and causing rashes) and as a means to prevent the diaper sticking to the skin and being uncomfortable. A good rule of thumb is to apply enough until the skin has a light even coating and a balanced smell. You can add more if you wish for odour control or for extra protection but too much can cause itching and your baby will tug at their diaper(especially around the legs).

Some people like it more and some like it less so the exact amount varies but the itching is a sign there is too much regardless. If powder doesn't give you enough protection theres other things like lotion, oil or barrier creams that you can employ to your heart's desire. Though given its liquid there are issues and side effects from using too much as well and the application rules of powder apply to them as well.

Wow. Okay, so... the fic will have to come with some willing suspension of disbelief, because the suppository's power will have to be toned down... WAY toned down. I was looking more for something that would make the person mess uncontrollably, but not overly painfully so. The result would be soft goopy messy, but not liquid/watery. Also, the three-days-worth was only thrown in so that the victim's diaper would be that much fuller.

Unless, of course, there are 'weaker' suppositories that would match what I'm looking for, and not the hard-core bowel-killers Neo mentioned. Otherwise, the fic will have to have 'magic' suppositories or somethin', I dunno...

Yeah the glycerin suppository is pretty overkill for what you need. Its like taking a shotgun to a fly when you only need a fly swatter.

There are other no suppository options though that I know of (unless someone finds another suppository that ISN'T glycerin) that will achieve your desired effect realistically because of the biology at least in your time frame

There are laxatives that'll do it in 6 hours for what you want however with little or no risks with proper use. You can also combine them with muscle relaxants and diuretics for great effect. But a truly mild "insta mess" does not exist in biology or medicine today.

For good volume this solution would likely achieve desired results without requiring extended periods of time before hand because the laxatives will produce more volume than is expected typically. Diet and exercise can also play into this (such as lots of fibre) as it works just as well or said effects.

A good example for what you want to would be Castor oil. It produces alot of volume in about 4 hours and it creates a fair amount of uncontrollable pressure without severe cramping. It also produces the consistency you wish for. Its not a suppository though rather it is taken orally and it tastes terrible.

Biology also dictates that the more laxative you use the more of a liquid mass you will have and the faster someone eliminates the more liquid it will be. The large intestine in an adult takes several hours to absorb the necessary water (dehydration issues) before its ready to eliminate and a week to properly digest a full meal.

This is biology though and if you want something outside of the box just make it up while understanding these points (much like how custom designed diapers are used as story elements)
