Matt walked in from work, and slumped down on the bed in his apartment. He wore a black shirt and jeans, and was tired, more mentally than anything else. Money was rough, work sucked, and his only solace was his bed and computer on off days and after work.

His landing on the bed, had caused his lava lamp to fall over and crack. “Shit” he replies irritatedlu, but it began to emit smoke instead of liquid.

As the lava lamp poured a thick smoke into the room, it began to take on a shape of it's own as it then formed into a small looking woman with pink hair, a floating crown and small wings on her back. Wearing a yellow shirt and black pants, brandishing what looked like a wand of some sort. She spoke. "Hello Matt, I am your fairy godmother." stating that with a nice air, flicking her wand, the star tip of it flashing briefly, the broken lava lamp on the floor returned to it's original location, good as new.

Matt blinked a few times as he listened and focused his eyes on the woman who appeared in front of him. “Okay then. What is your name? And why are you here?” he asks while sitting up and looking into her eyes. He was skeptical, but he didn’t feel like he was hallucinating, and he just wanted to figure out what was going on. Either this was a good thing or a dangerous thing.

"My name is Wanda, now. I'm going to level with you here. This is a bit of new territory for me as well." suddenly she moved her wand and there was a chart floating there. "See, over time the age of a normal human has gone drastically up, normally we fairys don't go to humans who are above the age of eighteen, but recent studies have shown that most people, from eighteen to thirty aren't much happier or even have better mindsets then when they were abut twelve or fourteen. That in mind, that's why I'm here." she stated, the chart disappearing.

“I see” he says while listening and reading the chart. “So you’re my fairy? I’m sure there must be rules and such if your organization or kind deal with statistics” he says.

“Is there a way to go about how you help me then? Like I wish i knew the rulebook or something” he states.

"There is indeed quite a few rules in fact." she stated as he continued. "Wish granted!" she exclaimed as she raised her wand. Giving him the knowledge of all the rules of Da Rulebook. "Despite being quite the reference material, we never usually have people wish to know all the rules right away, usually it's a case by case basis of learning them, but it sure is a nice change starting out with that."

Matt’s eyes began to glow for a moment until it all hit him. “Well, that hurt a little. But I kinda see that there’s a lot against using wishes in a negative way, which makes sense. Now I want you to bare with me Wanda. I’ve been fairly depressed lately” he says then stood up next to her and hugged her before letting her go.

“I wish you were wearing a thick diaper and I wish you had a pink pacifier in your mouth” he states.

Wanda returned the hug. "Well, it's kind of why I'm here after all." Though she hadn't quite been ready for his next wish. "Uh. Okay." she said with some apprehension, raising her wand the fairy's pants disappeared, replaced with a diaper, while a pink pacifier appeared in her mouth. "Can't say this is the strangest wish I've ever granted, but if it makes you happy." she stated, talking around the pacifier rather easily.

“It’s an interest of mine” he explains as he gently groped her bottom as she floated there. “I wish you would tell me something you want in general” he says.

He then added to that with wishing for a larger bed, new sheets, new pillows, a crib for her next to the bed, food and drink for the fridge, a nicer tv in his room, and a changing table stocked with diapers and such for Wanda.

"I see." she said as she felt him groping at her, this was one of the potential hazards they had gone over when putting this in motion, though they had dealt with it already in some of the kids they cared for. "Well, I want you to be happy." she stated, then performed the other wishes, everything he wished for coming into place, even the diapers and changing table he wished for were there as well, since he didn't specify, and she didn't know, most of it looked rather plain, nice, but plain.
