At this moment, life was quite rewarding to Dr. Delbert Doppler and his wife Amelia. They had been blessed, after the expedition, to cement their relationship. Followed very soon afterwards by conceiving quads. Three girls, Hannah, Emily and Sky, and a son, Daniel, all of who were the center of their parents' world. As dawn broke, Delbert began to stir and turned over to his sleeping wife. He leaned over and gave her a gentle kiss on her forehead.

Amelia began to stir as she was kissed on her forehead, letting out a gentile yawn as she fluttered her eyes open. "Morning dear." she said as she looked at her husband, she continued to lay there in a bit of a sleepy haze as she slowly worked her body into wakefulness. It wouldn't be too long before she was ready to get up and out of bed.

"Did you have a good night's sleep?" He looked on and began to open the shades to look out at the morning sky and open the windows. There was a lovely, cool breeze that definitely made them feel much more alert. Delbert looked at Amelia. "How bad is it?" The process of her pregnancy had led to complications, which left her incontinent. Delbert was very supportive of her even with this.

"Mm. Yes." she said as she began to sit up in bed. Feeling the cool breeze come over her as the window was opened, sitting up she could feel the diaper she wore around her waist squishing. Lifting up the blanket she smelt the scent of urine and saw her diaper stained a deep yellow. "Not that bad, I just seem to be a little wet." she told him, blushing just a little bit, finding it hard to believe that just like her babies, she needed to be in diapers too.

"Just a little?" Delbert said, raising an eyebrow. He placed her on the changing table, with the gentle touch he applied to the quads. He undid the diaper quite gently, then got out the baby wipes. Neither Amelia nor the babies could stand cold wipes, so Delbert had bought a warmer unit to get them out of. He began to wipe her rear and privates.

"Well, it didn't leak did it." she responded, a bit grumpily. Being placed on the changing table, she was happy to get out of the wet garment, the warm wipes felt quite nice on her, as opposed to cold ones for sure. Thankfully it was only a wet diaper in the morning, but that would likely change as the morning went on.

"I'm sorry about your commission, Amelia." Obviously, no one was going to think her in good condition to captain a ship with her incontinence. Not that Amelia despised being a stay-at-home parent, as she loved the babies very much and never wanted them to leave her side. But, she'd had so many plans and thought of so many ways to bring them on voyages with her, and she was always going to miss it.

"It's alright, I've come to terms with it more or less anyway. I can't be letting it get me too down. Besides, it's not the end of the world by any stretch of the imagination. Not to mention I always have you dear." she smiled at him as she'd been cleaned up, a new diaper to replace the old one, spreading her legs out a bit as it was snuggly wrapped about her waist.

Delbert nodded at that and kissed her tenderly. He helped her off the changing table, and they went over to the quads. One thing they had to give them, they could certainly stink up the house. They could smell them from quite a distance away. "Hard to believe that they could turn your breastmilk and their strained vegetables into something like that."

Going over with him. "I don't think it's that bad." she stated, which, may have been her being a bit tougher than him, though the fact that she was also wearing, and using diapers, meant she was far more used to the smell of a dirty one, especially since sometimes she was the one in the dirty diaper. But he wasn't wrong, the kids sure could stink up the place.
