''I'm telling you, your Aunt Polly is a mutant .. I don't know how Cerebro keeps missing her but she is a mutant that or a meta human ''Jubilee was insisting and has ever sense she heard the woman was showing up for Hanks birthday party … Hank likely is brushing her insistence off much like he seemed to brush off Jubilee's ordeal of her tale of Aunt Polly minorly shifting reality to baby her when she was what several depowered mutants nicknamed as'' the decimated '' A.K.A when the House of M happened and she aswell as others was depowered and a term was made for them aswell as a group. But its true Aunt Polly is a mutant that doesn't have a control of her powers in general and it seems to almost exclusively affect other mutants … Still they had just pulled up to the farm house and Jubilee was fidgetting

And of course Beast was being his usual skeptical self to Jubilee's warnings. And she likely caught him rolling his eyes just a bit to what sounded like a conspiracy theory. "I told you... my family doesn't have a history of mutation from my observation. The only reason mine was active at birth was due to radiation." As his father had been dosed with a great deal of it while saving a local nuclear plant. "The only thing wrong with Aunt Polly is that she's a bit "Gift Challenged" for lack of a better term."

While Hank didn't elaborate... Aunt Polly seemed to somehow believe that he'd never grown up. So Christmas and Birthdays tended to include a sigh of relief that she was too busy or distracted to attend. In fact, there was a whole closet of unopened gifts from her with Hank's name on them. Now adays Hank just tended to write a generic 'Thank You' note and drop it in the mail. But today she was actually going to be there. Hank just hoped his Mom wouldn't suggest wearing one of her gifts.

''I always smelt a X-gene on Grandma McCoy dealing with slow aging and keeping at ones prime when I was a vampette explain that one? ''Jubilee retorted then again most minor X-genes like those ones are often by many discarded as not being worth called a mutant as its so minor.

Jubilee was clearly fed up with Hank not believing her so if Edna or Grandma McCoy does Jubilee would get some twisted glee from it and play along like crazy to Hanks new found treatment,purely as it'll be like revenge in her eyes for Hank always doubting her on what she knows is the truth ''Whatever do you mean by Gift Challenged?" Jubilee questioned as she was distracted from her feeling for that matter as they was chatting she may have a ideal what Hank means


Aunt Polly meanwhile was on the porch with Grandma McCoy talking about Hank and Jubilee... Grandma McCoy more focused on tales of Jubilee then Hank given Aunt Polly was interested on as she put it ''Hanks older friend '' Honestly Aunt Polly has not been locked up as she isn't a danger to anyone not even herself as her belief is mostly harmless and otherwise in the realm of reality

"Maybe she feasts on the blood of mutants to keep her young." Hank teased playfully... making a stereotypical 'Blah Blah' Vampire noise at the end of that. "I'm sure it's nothing. Trust me... if Aunt Polly was gifted I'd know about it." Hank patted Jubilee on the head... which seemed a bit condescending on some level.

Hank laughed just a bit as Jubilee asked about Aunt Polly being gift challenged. "Probably easier to just show you." Hank stepped over to one of the closets and opened the door.... and a rather sizeable stack of various Birthday and Christmas gifts. Given the various papers it seemed they went back a long time.

"I just stopped opening them up at some point. Just tossed them in here and told Mom that I sent a 'Thank You' card. Seems like she decided to show up in the flesh for a change." Hank facepalmed... of course he was entirely unaware just how accurate he was. As there was definitely a change in Hank's future.

''Ha-ha very funny...for your information that's stereotyping'' Jubilee remarked as she rolled her eyes at Hanks remark and then frowned at the head patting matter as she felt it condescending majorly to her given Hanks often times dismissing things that she turns out right on in the end.

Now this was where her frown turned into a scowl'' You better get to enjoying them mister unless you want zapped'' Jubilee stated at Hank as she without warning started dragging the gifts out from the closest and tapping her foot when she was done bringing them out with her power arching from finger to finger on one hand in a almost scary fashion showing she is series

Soon though the smell of a cake baking might be enticing Hank to try getting Jubilee to stop being threatening ...though to be fair you can't really blame her as birthdays have been a big thing for her sense she joined the X-Men ...so she'd want Hank to atleast use some of the stuff he got

"I don't think the vampire community is large enough or recognized enough for that to be off-limits. Besides... the movies that is from are fantastic. But for you I'll do my best to be less problematic." Hank flashed Jubilee a playful smile and rolled his shoulders just a little bit. On some level Hank should indeed be more open to Jubilee being right about things. But he's often too stubborn to allow such things.

"Jubilee... I'm not going to "Enjoy them". Have you ever seen a Christmas Story? Think that turned up to 11." Hank explained as he watched her begin to drag the boxes out of the closet. "You can't get away with the scowl and tapping your foot. Who do you think you are... my Mother?" Though Jubilee knew that Edna could indeed get Hank to comply, likely while tugging on one of his sensitive ears.

Though Jubilee had no idea that many of the boxes had outfits in Hank's size more fitting for a baby or toddler than an adult. As well as other rather child-like gifts along the same lines. There was a reason that Hank didn't bother opening them all these years... he already could guess what most of them contained. "Hey... smell that? Looks like Mom's making one of her famous Birthday Cakes."

Beast just scowled a tiny bit at Jubilee and then glanced at all of the presents. And then glanced back to Jubilee with an unhappy smile on his face. "Jubilee... c'mon. Given I don't walk around here in footie pajamas, or worse... I'm pretty sure Mom knows about the collection of terrible gifts." Hank fidgeted just a little bit, as his Mom did like Aunt Polly. And he was uncertain she did know he'd been hoarding the gifts.

"Course... she hasn't visited in years. So ehhh…. I don't know." Hank noted with a nervous guip. "I mean I have written Aunt Polly a thank you note every Christmas and Birthday. But you can't expect me to really use any of this stuff." Hank gestured to the collection of presents and then looked to Jubilee as if pleading. "I mean the woman is legitimately crazy. She thinks or wishes I was still Edna's Little Baby Boy."

''Fine … But You have to be nice to Aunt Polly no matter what and play a video game with me after your birthday''Jubilee may not be asking too much but she still is Blackmailing Hank to do what she wants in return for keeping this hush-hush but its interesting how Jubilee caved mostly to Hanks demands for a easy to appease Blackmail

Of course, now that the presents weren't hidden away in his closet... if Edna or even Aunt Polly came into his room they'd see he's been a naughty boy. "Jubilee... I'm always nice to Aunt Polly. Even if she's off her proverbial rocker." Hank checked himself out once more in the mirror... making sure he looked presentable. He was wearing some nice grey dress pants, a grey dress shirt, and a rust-colored sweater vest. Hank had decided he wanted to look as mature as possible today.

"Let's head down and say hello... as much as I'd rather stay in my room." Hank offered with a chuckle as he left his room and bounded down the steps. The cake was smelling amazing... though Hank wished it was closer to being done. "I wish Mom had made the cake yesterday. The sooner it's done... the sooner the party can be over and Aunt Polly can go home." Hank muttered to Jubilee. Of course once downstairs Hank caught sight of Aunt Polly and opened his arms for a hug. "Aunt Polly!"
