Severus Snape's Alteration (private for Mahiro)

Severus Snape didn't know why he had called Lily a mudblood yesterday except that it was out of anger and pain but that didn't make it right despite the annoyance he felt over her being friends with James, Sirius, Remus and Peter who seemed hell bent on making his life miserable every single day.

He had thought previously that maybe he would be able to escape the abuse from his father at Hogwart's yet that didn't seem to be the case at all. If it weren't the mauraders bullying him then it would be his own house-mates who would treat him like dirt because he was a 'half-blood' but at least he was gifted in potions to the point that some members of his house did offer protection in exchange of him doing their homework.

Severus sighed as he tried to write a note to Lily to apologise for what had happened but he knew that the friendship they had was lost between them due to him saying the word and Potter putting poision in her ear every chance he got.

Walking down the hallway with his note in hand Severus was more then a little pre-occuiped with his thoughts until he felt a spell hit him, hard, causing him to fall to the ground as he heard James laughing echo in the hallway.

James stood over Severus with a smirk and a glare, "What you said to Lily wasn't very nice," he stated placing his foot down on the weaker boy's chest, "do us all a favour and never go near her again she doesn't like you at all," he continued, "no one does."

With a small smirk he lifted his wand to Severus's forehead, "This is a hex Sirius heard about from some upper-classman," said James, "neither of us know what it does nor could Remus find any information about it but I think as payback for being forced to put up with you for years now I'm going to test this out."

James casted the hex on Severus.

Severus closed his eyes tightly.

Nothing had happened? James frowned and started to cast the hex again as Severus laid submissivly on the floor in pain from the first hex and believing that he fully deserved this now giving that he had hurt Lily.

James shrugged “no good I guess you lucked out snivelus” he shrugged giving the boy an extra stomp on the chest as he took off out of sight with a laugh. He left the boy unaware of the curse he had cast not once but twice on the boy.

After leaving the hall a prefect walked by and stood the boy up “what was all that about?” He asked eyeing the boot print and the way the boy seemed defeated like he didn’t have the will to argue “just get back to your common room. Surely you’ve got more things to pack it’s nearly time to leave.” He said leaving serverus in the hall alone to contemplate his luck.

They wouldn’t be leaving till tomorow morning but it was up to the students to pack everything tonight and get things ready for their return home.

Elsewhere in the castle Minerva sat behind her desk she’d be wishing all of her students goodbye tomorow it was a bit of a ritual she had on the last days of classes she hoped James hadn’t done anything rash from some of the roomers she heard.

Her door was open to anyone that needed consoling before their return home.

Severus laid on the floor wondering if it would be better if he just never returned to Hogwarts and ran away from home? Nobody would miss him. Severus looked at the prefect but remained silent.

He felt defeated.

Normally he would fight back and do something but this time everything felt hopeless. His head of house, Slughorn, wasn't a person he could chat to nor could he talk to any of the other teachers. A lot had gone home already except a few.

Severus sighed because despite just wanting to not do anything he knew that it would be best talk to Minerva quickly about what had happened to make sure that the curse James placed on him wasn't anything serious.

Walking to Minerva's office Severus hesitated for moment before knocking the door. Would she listen to him? James Potter was the golden boy of Gryffindor and the school.
Severus opened the door and walked in timidly, "Professor," he said, "the hospital wing is closed and I was wondering if you had a health potion?" he asked unable to tell her about James bullying believing that it would fall on deft ears. He liked Minerva despite the fact that she favoured Gryffindor even though he couldn't blame her for that giving that she was head of the house.

Minerva couldn’t remember the last time she had seen a child looking quite this defeated in recent memory something had crushed the poor boy recently. She sighed thinking his name was serverus a slytherin? Why would he need a potion and come to her instead of slughorn?

She sighed she knew why slughorn was far from helpful most of the time so it shouldn’t be shocking the boy would avoid him....

“Take a seat serverus” she said kindly waving the boy over. He looked a bit off “what happened?” She asked the disheveled boy... were his eyes always this wide? She shook her head that wasn’t here nor there. She took a small glass vial “drink up you’ll be right as rain” she smiled genuinely

“Now is there anything you need to tell me?” She asked looking him in the eye with a smile. “Is there anything you need to get off your chest before returning home?” She asked the small skinny boy with a gentle smile.

Severus nodded timidly before taking a seat, "Fell," he mumbled lying obviously, "thank you."

Severus offered a small smile as he took the potion from Minerva and sipped it. The potion made him feel a lot better, "Well..."

Severus wasn't sure if he should say anything at all, "J-James hex'd me twice and he didn't know what the hex was but nothing happened? I-I don't feel any different but I know some spells take time to develop."

He wasn't sure if Minerva cared and yet seeing the woman smile at him gently caused Severus to relax a little for once. He didn't feel as if he needed to have his guard up right now compared to normal. Maybe Minerva could help him?

Minerva frowned contrary to what Severus thought she was aware James could be cruel on occasion. She simply sighed raising her wand.

She cast a simple spell to diagnose the boy. After all anything James could cast would pop up and be relatively simple. The boy was very straight forward. She frowned “nothings come up.... I’d bet he simply cast it wrong James is quite adept at screwing up spells he’s never cast before” she said kindly

“Now I believe you have some things to be packing serverus?” She asked the boy as she waved him off. “Be more careful in the halls you might not be so lucky next time” she said firmly but kindly

Luckily the dorms were mostly empty. Only a few people here and there mainly because students were finished packing and onto an early nights rest. So snake could go about his business in bothered.

Severus watched Minerva carefully and sighed, "Thank you professor."

He had been worried yet it was true that James had a knack of screwing up spells that he wasn't sure on or didn't know anything about. What did Lily ever see in him? Sure he was captain of the Quittditch team and rather rich coming from a pure-blood line but he was a jerk.

Severus nodded, "I'll be more careful, Professor."

Severus went back to his dorm to pack up his bags and rest. He didn't have much to pack at all so it wasn't that long for him. Severus woke up early and made his way to the train wondering if he would see Lily or not? Did it even matter right now? Sev got on the train and went to a cabin far away in the back where no one would bother him or so he hoped.

The train pulled out after twenty or so minutes and Severus's thoughts were occupied with Lily and his home life. He never told Lily about his father or mother despite the numerious times he had wanted to tell her but he didn't want her to get upset about it or worse agree that he should be abused yet giving James's bullying towards him it felt that Lily confirmed one of his worse fears that he deserved to be abused.

Finally Severus Snape was home at Spinner's End.

"Your back?" sneered his father.

It didn't take long for Severus to be covered in bruises again.

Each day he waited to return to Hogwarts despite the bullying he faced there by James. He hadn't seen Lily all summer. As the weeks passed Severus had started to notice slight changes about himself that he felt concerned about. His hair was getting longer? His skin felt a lot more smooth? He seemed to have shrunk a little in size as well? He had always been small and underweight but this was becoming a bit to much even for him.

It wasn't until the day before he had to go to Hogwart's did he see and notice that his privates had changed. He no longer had a penis! Severus tried his best not to freak out about the sitution but it was hard. He would be back in Hogwart's soon....

Severus was in denail about what was happening to him and the changes he was going through right now. He looked mostly like himself from the previous year just somewhat shorter, a bit more feminine looking and more underweight but that didn't mean anything? He couldn't find anything about this in his school books. He would just have to be cautious. He couldn't let anyone know that he no longer had his manhood but now had something completely different down there.

Returning to Hogwart's shouldn't of made him feel so scared but it did. He kept silent and hid on the train trying not to catch anyone's attention at all.

Of course no one recognized him on the bus. Not that anyone paid much attention to tiny slytherin girls... the train ride was mostly in eventful for the trip. James was looking for Snape but his hiding had been more affective then anyone would’ve expected.

When they arrived at the school they were all seated it seemed serverus was still recognizable after all from the glare James was shooting his way throughout the entire opening feast clearly the boy was still waiting to go after his favorite target.

After the feast ended James waited in the hall for the boy to pass. “Hey snivelus how about a little duel?” He asked “later this weak under the whomping willow?” He asked the boy smirking a b it “there’s a path that leads to the shrieking shack” he offered pompously

“It should be a good work out you seem like you need it” he teased sending the boy away with a wave. “ see you Friday snivelus” he mocked and taunted the smaller boy.

He keft the boy to find his dorm room for tonight.

Minevera had been watching carefully the boy seemed off

Severus sighed. No one had bothered him thankfully and for once he felt somewhat safe as she arrived at the school until he felt James's glare.

Severus rolled his eyes as he saw James waiting in the hall choosing to ignore him only to pause, "You'll regret duelling with me Potter." he added believing that he was more skilled then James not realizing that he might be ambushed somehow by the others in James's gang but he did tend to be naïve at times and allowed his emotions to take control of his rational thought.

Severus sat in his dorm room and studied hard for Friday's duel with James. He wasn't going to lose! He was going to win and show Potter that he was better then him. During the past few days Severus started to notice his body changing more but paid no attention to them because he was more focused on winning against Potter.

It was Friday night and he was ready. He had practiced by himself and knew that he would win or at least he hoped, "Potter!" called Severus as he neared the whomping willow, "Come on out you coward." he added his voice much girly then ever before.

“Come on snivelus down here” he called out from deeper within the hidden tunnel. As Snape drew closer he could hear more screaming and growling from within. Snape was nothing if not stubborn so he drew closer.

When James saw Snape get closer to him and a suspicious door he busted it open where a huge werewolf howled. And lunges towards them kept just out of reach by a few chains. James watched Snape eagerly and started laughing at the fear the “boy” expresses

It was all James enjoying snapes terror till he heard an audible snap. One of the chains had broken. And one of mooneys claws was inches from serverus’s face as all the other chains started creaking “ what are you doing! Run” he shouted at the smaller boy to get away from the raging werewolf.
