[Pyrogue]

Kirumi groaned as she awoke in an unfamiliar room. The first thing she realized was she was not in her usual maid outfit. She foundm herself in a blouse and skirt with a pink apron on with the words "mommy knows best" on it. She considered taking it off but it was the only clothes she had at the moment. She found the door and exited only to find herself an even more confusing sight. In this room lied 14 cribs, cradles, and bassinets all holding highschoolers. Also in the room was a raven haired girl who looked equally confused

Maki looked around the room with a bit of confusion. Similarly to Kirumi, the young teenager was not dressed like she usually was. Instead of the red sailor dress that the girl was usually known to wear, a blouse and skit was in its place as well, with a accompanying red blouse that had the words “World’s Best Mom” on it. It had seemed that the two girls were dressed similarly, but the reason itself was unknown, at least to the two.

Maki eventually noticed that someone else was in the room alongside her, and turned around to face the other girl in the room,, noticing that the two of them were wearing what could be seen as the same clothing. “Oh, hello. I haven’t seen anyone else get up since I’ve woke up.” The girl admitted, eyeing the other girls clothing.

"Huh. Well my name is Kirumi. What's yours?" The grey haired girl asked.


The talking started to wake some of the teens sleeping in the crib. Shuichi groaned as he woke up in a crib wearing nothing but a baby blue diaper decorated with ducklings. He blushed and tried to cover himself. He looked over to his left and found a boy with green hair in much the same position, and to his right he found a boy with purple hair struggling to unswaddle himself inside his bassinet

“My name’s Maki, Maki Harukawa.” Maki had responded, adjusting her skirt a little bit. “I’d imagine that you wouldn’t know where we’re currently at, would you?”

Across from Shuichi, on the other side of the room, a girl named Kaede had slowly began to wake up from her nap, wearing a light pink baby diaper decorated with building blocks on it. She had seemed to be a bit confused as she became more awake, looking around the room, and catching the attention of Shuichi.

"My name is Kirumi Tojo. Unfortunately I have no idea where we are or why we are here" she said succinctly. "That's where I come in!" A cheerful, squeaky voice said. From seemingly nowhere out popped a pink and white rabbit. "My name's Usami and you two are caretakers for the babies at the Nursery for gifted students! My older brother wanted to play a real mean game with you, so I kicked his butt and made something much nicer" she said


Shuichi was scanning the room around him when he saw Kaede. He tried not to stare at her exposed chest as hard as he could

“The Nursery for Gifted Students?” Maki said out loud, before then pausing to look at the rabbit. “Is this a recently built facility? I can’t say that I’ve heard of the name before.”

Kaede’s searching eventually caused her to look in Shuichi’s direction, which caused her to blush upon sight as she tried to cover up as best as she could, given her current attire.

“And who is this brother that you speak of?” Maki inquired, hoping to get more information from the rabbit. “What’s this game that he apparently had in store for us? Why did you choose us to care for the babies here?”

The rabbit turned to face Maki. "Yes it's a recently built facility designed for students to hone their talents in a completely stress free environment" she explained. "To explain who my brother is as well as his twisted perversions would take too much time. I can tell you that you were hand selected out of this group of 16 to be a caretaker for the other students" she continued


Shuichi looked away as to not give her the impression she was a creep.


Kaito looked over at the girl in the red blouse. The girl's no nonsense attitude and serious personality intrigued him to say the least

Maki nodded along with what the rabbit was saying. “I see. So, I’d assume that this would mean that Kirumi and I were the only two picked to be caretakers for this program that you are running?” She had asked in order to get just a little bit more information.

Kaede continued to blush before looking away as well, before then proceeding to shift around in her crib, clearly showing that she was wanting to get out.

Maki couldn’t help but notice the boy with the purple hair staring at her, which caused her to react. “That one’s awfully big for a baby.” She commented.

"That would be correct" Usami confirmed. "Hey! Don't be mean to the babies!" Usami chided the girl. Usami instructed the girls to let the children out of their cribs and cradles


As the bars were lowered Shuichi tried to stand but only managed a few steps before falling onto his padded bottom. The thick diaper threw off his balance too much. Kaito had much the same experience. Once Kokichi was free from his bassinet he tried his hardest to run from Kirumi only to fall flat on his face after a few feet. Kirumi picked him up and cradled him. "Are you alright? Show me where it hurts" she told him. Kokichi pointed to a small bump on his forehead. She kissed his boo boo all better and kept him in her arms as he attempted to run earlier


Usami rounded up all the baby teens and began to speak. "Hello and welcome to the nursery for gifted individuals. I am Usami, your headmaster and these two young women are your caretakers" the rabbit explained. "This is nuts" Tsumugi mumbled beneath her breath. "Hello, my name is Kirumi. I expect nothing but good behavior from you all" she said, still holding the smaller boy in her arms.

“My name is Maki, and just like Kirumi, I am expecting the best of behavior from you all as you stay here at the Nursery of Gifted Individuals. Bad behavior will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with if necessary” Maki asserted. It was only her first day as a caretaker, but her voice had the sound of a indvidual who was ready for the task, almost as if she was accustomed to doing this.

As the two caretakers were doing their introductions, occasionally followed by Usami speaking, Kaede decided to crawl over to Shuichi while others weren’t paying attention. She then sat down next to Shuichi with a poof emitting from her crinkly diaper. “H-Hi, I’m Kaede.” She said with a bit of a stutter, still seeming to be a bit embarrassed from the earlier confrontation.
