The daycare demotian

It was another sunny day at the paradox daycare center.the sun was shining the birds were chirping it was overall a nice day out as all the gradeschool kids were let out of their schools and funneled into the neighborhood daycare all was going well the kids were happy the workers were well it's a daycare so half of them are more or less misarable but the new people were still bright eyed and happy (lucky them) but something was about to go wrong for one new worker her name was Gwen "will gwen please come to my office at the earliest convenience"a woman's voice said over the intercom.it was the owner Pandora she rarely made visits to the daycare let alone make anyone come to her office so how she looked was kinda a mystery to most workers but it was told around the office that she was very scary person but that was mostly not true.pandora was a hell hound standing about 6'6 which was probably why most people found her scary she was wearing a maroon half hoodie her midrift uncovered and a pair of blue jeans her hair was a simple pixie cut and a pair of horns sticking out of them she sat in her office chair waiting for her employee to get in here to discuss her demotion.she opened a drawer looking in it to endure she had everything a nice thick diaper check a onesie check and finally a nice large pacfier that will make it impossible to talk white it was in someones mouth she even had a Japanese kindergarten outfit just in case she wanted to go easy on the girl depending on her attitude

The rather clumsy looking Gwen was in the middle of trying to calm down a rather sad toddler when her name was heard over the intercom. Gwen had her usual blond hair with pink highlights, pink hoodie, and black cap combo. Of course the front of her pink shirt was covered by the standard blue and green apron that all employees were forced to wear, it caused her to trip rather often due to how oversized it was. But enough about Gwen and her outfit, the girl was currently trying to calm down a young fox boy who just got his doll all dirty in some orange juice,"Alrighty there budy, just give me the doll and I can just clean it straight up for you" Gwen said in a rather semi-sweet voice, though as soon as she touched the doll it made the fox boy rather upset causing him to cry louder. She was trying her best, but in all honestly she was just doing this job for college money so it was real stressful on her.

When Gween heard her name on the intercom, her heart dropped as she gave another coworker a look of anxiety before quietly leaving the area and heading for the hallway to the 'Bosses' office. She was rather sweaty, wondering why the mysterious boss wanted to see her....oh golly could it be that she was getting replaced?! I mean she was the only Human worker there so it'd definitely make senes to replace her to create a less awkward environment. She calmed her jitters and opened the door to the office, which was surprisingly unlocked,"Uhhh hello Miss, you wanted to see me"

Pandora sees the girl and smiles at her "hey there dear come in come in"she said watching the girl walk in.pandora pushes against her desk making her chair roll over to a nearby file cabnit.she upens up the drawer labeled g-j and pulls out a file with Gwen's full name on it rolling back over to her desk and opening it"it's around snack time sweet heart you much be patched here have a drink"the lady offered with a sweet smile the rumors about her being mean seemingly completely wrong as she put a box of apple juice on Gwen's side of the table inserting the straw for the girl as well like she was one of the many children outside "now let's see here "she said begining to read Gwen's file her smile disappearing"oh dear it seems we have quite a few complaints about you dear "she said her index finger resting on the page"any chance you remember January third it's ok if you can't dear but I would really like to get you side of the events "she told the girl before her in as sweet as can be voice

Gwen was still rather tense as she wasn't expecting her boss to be so positive and all, but it was still unsettling that she was the larger of the two of them. Still Gwen nervously accepted the juice box, nodding her head and saying "Thank You" in a rather worried tone. She didn't sound shy, but there was for sure a uncertain vibe to her voice. When Her boss began to list dates and reach in her file, she jumped a bit,"Is that the day where I accidentally broke that one kids truck or the day I accidentally mixed pepper into the cookie dough...t-those were complete accidents on my part though!" Gwen quickly said as she tried to downplay her mistakes, she knew she was due for a firing but she didn't except it to be this soon. She was hoping to at least make it past her second semester with this job, but looks like she'd have to go job hunting by how many complaints she must have. "I'm sorry Miss.." Gwen then glanced at the Name tag of her boss on the desk of the rather warm wood tabletop and continued "Miss Pandora, you have to know that I was trying my best to make the kids hapoy....granted I did mess up a few times...but I'm just human" Gwen said in a rather quirky way, before continuing to sip on the juice rather awkwardly,"Uhh nice juice brand, thanks for the free snack" she said trying to de-escalate the situation

The woman looks at the girl as she lists everything that happen listening to the girl as she makes excuses not judging her harshly as she wanted to be fair as possible as the girl just seemed to be more clumbsy than anything and can't help but laugh a little at the pepper incident "I'm sorry that's just kinda cute "she said before putting a straight face back on"your welcome but I'm afraid we cant have caretakers making so many mistakes it's just not good for business but I'll tell you what I admire you trying you best I've seen you on the cameras and you really do seem to try so I'm going to give you a special kind of promotion"she said pulling out a small stack of papers with so much legal jargon to it it's almost impossible for anyone other than one of the best lawyers out there could possibly translate it "i give this special promotion very rarely and only to employees I think fully deserve it.you will get a slight pay raise,room and board as well as much less responsibility but I must warn you once you sign this contract you are locked into you new position for the next six months after which you are free to quit if you so wish "she said giving the girl a slight warning "and I'm afraid if you refuse the promotion I will be forced to fire you because as I said our cartakers can not make that many mistakes"

Gwen was rather warmed by her bosses constant dotting, and just was rather growing comfortable with her presence, even feeling a bit of embarrassment when she called one of Gwen's accidents cute. She had a sort of "Auntie Vibe", like she was some sort of distant relative, or some sort of babysitter instead of her boss. Gwen shook the feeling as soon as she looked over the papers, she then felt a bit intimidated by Pandora's larger size and the stack of papers. On one hand she could take this job offer, as this daycare jig had been rather higher pay compared to her other jobs, or she could just start a new and hope she has enough to get past the semester. With a rather cheerful smile she just looked at the stack and grabbed a pen, trying to stay positive as it couldn't be all that bad right? "Where do I sign boss?"

Pandora stands up excited smiling her tail moving side to side a little as she walks over to the girls side of the table towering over her as she pointed at the dotted line on the first page of the contract "sign here and "flips to the next page of the contract"initial here "she instructed smiling petting the girls head as she watched her sign "now that all the formalities are out of the way it's time to start your orientation "she told the girl walking back to her side of the desk placing a basket in the center of the desk as she took the contract and the girls file locking both in a file filing cabnit"please put you phone,purse and any other items such as keys into the bin"she ordered the girl as everything would go smoother with that stuff out of the way"after that I can check if you new uniform fits you or not "she said her cheeks turning a tad red thinking about the girl in a diaper and t shirt

Gwen got a bit jittery when she got the whole thing signed and ready. She let out a sigh as she began to wonder if she should have looked over that contract a bit more. "This is all safe right? I mean I don't want to find out that I signed up to be some sort of grave digger for all the kids who eat Thursday's lasagna" Gwen joked a bit as she just joked around in order to calm her nerves. Gwen saw Pandora lock away her mysterious contract and gulped a bit before taking her belongings out of the small Apron she wore and set them in the bin. There she left her Car Keys, Wallet, Apartment Keys, and her trusty pink black berry phone. "All done, now I'm all ready for you to kidnap me" Gwen joked yet again as her joking was just a further sign of her anxiety hitting her heart like a anvil,"So what exactly do I gotta do Miss Pandora?"

Pandora smiled and giggles a bit hearing the small girl joke happy that her new toddler is so funny but she felt something was wrong with the girl her ears twitch a bit as she could hear the girls heart practically beat out of the girls chest.she frowns a bit seemingly worried about the girl.she walks over to the girl and hugs her tightly gwens head resting against the woman's large breast petting her head trying to help her calm down "clam down sweet heart I can hear your heart beating from across the room "she told the girl"listen if your worried about getting fired don't be the contract works both ways you can't quit for six months and I can't fire you for six months and the job is nothing but perks you get unlimited bathroom breaks,snacks whenever you want them and all you haft to do is play with the kids and help the new trainees that's all"she told the girl hoping that would calm down the girl petting the girls head as she talked.she let's go of the girl and walked over to something that wasn't seemingly noticed before a large changing table seemingly meant for adults instead of baby's with the size of it but it was still decorated like it was meant for babies"do me a favor ok hun hope on here so I can have you try on your new uniform ok"she instructed patting the mat on the changing table that had rattles and baby bottles printed on it

Gwen of course went full beat red as she was hugged by the older woman. She never felt so much affection from a random stranger in her life, and it was pretty shocking to be nuzzled up by her boss, but the head pats and little talk she had made her feel so...well...little. She tried to shake the feeling as this was a place of businesses and all, but she felt me rather comfortable when she heard the list of new activities her job details. Gwen felt pretty bad as she felt like she had cheated her way into getting such a cool sounding new promotion, little did she know what it really was about....

"So you just want me to hop on that desk? I'm okay with that I guess..." Gwen said as she thought it was awful weird that Pandora would have such a large changing table, but she didn't really want to question it as she just wanted to get her new outfit from Pandora and just try it on, before going on her way. Gwen noticed the baby rattles and powder and decided to ask about the situation as she wondered why Pandora hadn't just handed her the outfit over where they were standing at,"Hey so do you change babies here? Not to be rude or anything, just wondering since you have this mat here....uhhh do you help out with shy kids when they need a change?" Gwen had just rather concluded that this secret changing table was probably for kids too shy to get changed with everyone else as there was no ither real explanation for it....right?
