Shikamaru was currently camping out with Naruto. They had been contracted to defeat some bandits and were currently on their way home. Shikamaru was lying against a tree, eating ramen that Naurto had brought. "Thank you very much for bringing good food," Shikamaru said, happy he had more then just rations.

Naruto smiled and rubbed the back of his head. You're welcome I know how boring the rations can get. He looked at shikamaru. Hey I'm going to go pee in the woods I'll be back soon. He said taking his bag with him.

Shikamaru nodded, and replied, "Just don't get lost and make sure not to leave a trail behind. I don't want to attract any bears." He was confident that Naruto could handle going to the bathroom by himself. It would take something obvious and very out of the ordinary for him to follow the blonde ninja.

Yeah I won't get lost you don't have to worry. He walked off not realizing that a diaper had fallen out of his bag. He then started to change his soaked diaper once he was out of sight.

Shikamaru saw the diaper fall out of Naruto's bag in surprise as he looked at it and back to the direction Naruto went in. Naruto wore diapers? It didn't seem possible. Shikamaru resolved to ask Naruto about it when he returned.

He quickly got changed and got rid of the used diaper. That was close i almost leaked. He returned to camp and saw that shikamaru was holding one of his diapers and went red.

Shikamaru calmly patted his lap. "Naruto, please sit down. I am not upset that you need diapers, but I want to know the full story." He wondered if Naruto would sit in his lap, as he motioned or sit on a log since it wasn't an explicit order.

He sat on his lap still blushing. I have needed them for awhile since my last battle with sasuke he hit me with a chidori powerful enough that my bladder and bowels are permanently damaged. Please don't tell anyone I would do anything to keep it secret. He begged

Shikamaru rubbed Naruto's back. "There, there, it's okay. It happens. Every shinobi gets injured in battle sooner or later." He then gave a slight frown. "but you should have told me about it earlier. Now Naruto, would you prefer it if I changed you or would you like to keep changing yourself?

I would prefer if you changed me i'm not good at doing it. I am sorry for not telling you earlier. He said hugging him.
