Rockabye, Eraser[private]
Aizawa Shouta didn’t understand how this had happened. He was fighting with a villain, and then All Might-the show-off, the goody-two-shoes with too much time on his hands and too little brain cells to use it properly-scared the guy off.
The villain was still caught-as expected of the “Number One hero”-but Aizawa had that covered. The other man should’ve known that much. “I’m not one of your helpless civilians, All Might.” He snapped, eyes glowing red as he scowled, folding his arms. “I understand that you are the Number One hero, but I was inches away from capturing that villain myself before you leapt in. Don’t interfere with my work again, or you might regret it. Have I made myself clear?”

All Might, who had just finished taking pictures and signing autographs, was a little taken off by the pro hero known as Eraser Head starting to slam him for capturing the villian.
"Maybe if you weren't toying with him you would've caught him." All Might said, and waved his hand around the surrounding area that had been trashed by the villian, "I wouldn't have had to step in to make sure all of Japan didn't need rebuilt."

Eraserhead shifted, folding his arms stubbornly with an indignant pout. “I wasn’t toying with him! He just had too many counters to my quirk.” He replied, glowering at the man under his goggles before yanking them off his eyes. As he dropped eye drops into them, he continued talking,
“You, on the other hand, took too long to get here. If you just came to lecture me for property damage that I didn’t cause, perhaps you ought to use your time a bit more wisely, Mr. Number One Hero.”

You think I became number 1 by stopping one villian at a time?" He asked, "There were emergencies that didn't have pro heros there to handle it." All Might said, "And each of them didn't end up in the area becoming a disaster zone like this one! And what counter attack did the villian have to stop you from looking at him and stealing his quirk?"

Eraserhead didn’t usually let his anger get the best of him, but tonight, he was stressed and on edge after the villain attacked. His eyes burned with tears and he tried biting his lower lip to fight back a yell, determined to not dignify All Might’s words with a verbal response.
His body moved on its own; he cursed, stamped his foot, and after rubbing angry tears from his face, he slipped the goggles back on. “Well-he just would’ve! He targeted the location I patrol most nights on purpose, and I figured he’d have a countermeasure. It was the most logical conclusion I could draw at the time, okay?!” His voice cracked at the end of his sentence, and his entire body started to shake with sobs, mouth set in an angry scowl as he stamped his foot again like a child ready to throw a tantrum.

All Might crossed his arms seeing the pro hero starting to act like antoddler not getting his way, tearing up, whining, even going as far as to stomp his foot like a toddler.
"Eraser Head your actions here are going to have consequences." All Might warned him, and turned to leave to go talk to someone in higher power about the days events that had happened

Eraserhead rolled his eyes; “consequences”? What type of higher power could be capable of punishing a Pro like him, with such a low profile and no real media presence? He scoffed at the notion as a pipe dream, even for the so-called Number One Hero. What could they possibly do, anyway? Revoke his hero license for a couple of months and then give him a slap on the wrist, some lecture about “reckless endangerment”? He’d heard it all before.
After the man folded his arms and gave him a stern look, it was all he could do not to bark out a laugh. Pathetic. Eraserhead returned home and tucked in for the night, not realizing that All Might would be getting his way soon enough.

After he left All Might went to the board directors of the heros, the people in charge of making the heros licenses, and who pay the checks to the pro heros. He explained what had happened when he responded to Aizawas emergency situation and the excuses he gave him when he confronted the man about it.
After a half a hour meeting they board decided maybe Aizawas wasn't truly ready to take on the responsibilities of being a pro hero and a teacher... Maybe not even a adult for that matter. They sent for a file on Aizawas to see what kind of family life the hero had when he was a kid.

The information they got was very scarce. Just a footnote, really, describing how his parents abandoned him at the age of three to an orphanage and he was carted off to a public school later in life. The orphanage was underfunded and understaffed, so it was almost inevitable that some children were neglected; Aizawa was one of them.
He ran away(supposedly) at age fifteen after getting into UA, took on his own surname, and lived in the dorms(later, his own apartment) ever since. After that, he got his license and that was that. Everything else was simply...irrelevant, in this case. Aizawa remained where he was, unaware of the board meeting that was being held about him. He slept on the couch, curled into a tight ball.

After getting the information and they all looked at it signing.
"Apparently Mr. Aizawas was never properly taken care of in his youth." One of the members said with a sigh glancing at it, "Never learning how to properly Express and and surpress his feeling properly."
After about another hour or so the board and the Number One hero came up with a pretty interesting conclusion and they called Eraser Head on the phone.
