Best Bondage Item to Go With Diapers?

I like to ask and question out of curiosity. Who here thinks which bondage item best fits with diapers. Something for kinky purposes and what not. To me I always love the straitjacket/diaper combo.

Think about it you can't sit up strait and sitting in that position makes it very hard to hold #2. Just add a lock.

IMHO, it is a "double edged sword" for ABDLs. While the prospect of being able to spread your legs apart like a baby in order to achieve some semblance of babyhood (Age regression) would seem very appealing to many ABDLs, I doubt that many ABDLs would be flexible enough to maintain that position long enough before the pain from doing a prolonged 180 degree leg split overwhelms them (Unless the person is a gymnast).
