Matsuki took a gentle breath to calm himself. He stood at 6'1, average build, and wore an orange shirt and blue jeans underneath a black overcoat at the moment. He was keeping to himself with short blonde hair and green eyes. He was.....indifferent between heroes and villains. If it came down to it, he wouldn't assist in killing or taking over the world, but the heroes association had WAY too many rules to abide by.

Thus, in his current situation, in the city, he hugged an alley wall as he watched a particular shop with a valuable that was going to be attacked as a decoy. One of the budding heroes, Uraraka Ochaco, was nearby, training and doing pretty well. Matsuki's ability was a manipulation of gravity, somewhat related, in reverse, to her power. He was to ground her and keep her out of commission for a few days. How he did that was up to him, though it was suggested he be vicious.

As he watched and waited, a bit of an explosion went off at the building as some villains were attacking as a distraction, but also going inside to fight some guards to get the loot they wanted.

Uraraka had just finished another part of her training regimen and was sitting on a bench not very far from a park. The brunette was a bit winded and her muscles ached a bit but other than that she was perfectly okay. All she needed was to rest a bit so that she wouldn't risk hurting herself in some way. Searching through a bag that she brought along she pulled out a water bottle and began drinking from it. Right now Uraraka was wearing a black T-shirt and was wearing a pair of white and pink shorts with matching shoes.

Feeling re-hydrated she put the bottle back into her bag and zipped it up. The young girl remained seated, taking her time to get herself fully rejuvenated. However, her tummy growled a little cutely which made her blush. Seemed like she worked herself quite an appetite training non-stop at the park. "Guess I could get some lunch," she decided, standing right up and prepping up her bag.

The brunette began walking down the sidewalk, looking through some windows at the various shops. She had no idea what series of events were about to transpire in the next several minutes.

The hired hand climbed a fire escape and was able to spot Uraraka from the pictures he was given, but he noticed that she was not in her hero uniform, but street attire. He got back down as the explosions went off and he slowly began walking towards her as if it were a normal day. He was about 15 feet away from her while the explosions went off in her direction. He hoped this would cause her to turn around and drop her guard as his right hand held onto a cloth doused in chloroform, ready to apply over her mouth for an easy take out.

The first explosion made Uraraka feel a bit caught off guard. Looking around she looked a bit cautious, wondering what was going on. The brunette did have her hero uniform stashed into her bag in case of emergencies but she wasn't expecting having to need it today. Before she could think more of this she noticed something get planted onto her face. She immediately struggled but already the chloroform was taking effect, causing Uraraka to pass out.

Once the girl passed out, he lifted her over his shoulder and carried her away, behind buildings and through alleys.

A little while later, Uraraka was laying in the same too she had on, but now between her legs was a thick white diaper with pink tapes, and she currently slept in a crib with locked bars but no top. She was not tucked in, just in the crib in what seemed like a basement/nursery/prison. There were no windows, but it wa a nicely decorated with carpet and looked cozy. Like a nursery or man cave.

Matsuki at the moment was in the room watching TV of the news and how nothing seemed to have happened despite explosions. That was a distraction after all.

It wouldn't be until after nearly forty-five minutes after being brought into the nursery when Uraraka finaly woke up. Her eyes slowly opened to a dark room, but she was still a bit light-headed from the chloroform so she didn't realize what she was wearing right away. The girl slowly sat up, realizing that she was what looked like a cage but it lacked a top. At first the brunette realized that she was being help prisoner but if that was the case then why was this cage lacking a top?

Grabbing onto the bars she felt a wooden texture which was pretty odd for a cage. Then she looked down and saw what looked like a mattress, another odd thing. Looking around a bit more she eventually realized that maybe it wasn't a cage but instead a...crib? "Where....am I?" she asked herself. Moving a bit more she heard something crinkle. Grabbing onto her sweatpants Uraraka felt something odd. Pulling out the front waistband she realized the diaper and looked very shocked. "What is going on here?!" she cried out loudly.

His ears twitched at a bit of the yelling he heard and he giggled to himself while muting the tv. He got up and headed into the nursery and turned the lights on looking over at his captured hero. “Hello there Uravity. Have a good nap?” he asks playfully as he prepared his quirk.

In order for him to use it, he has to keep at least one fist clenched. Always some draw back. If his any finger was not curled up, his quirk stopped. But with one hand balled up in his left pocket just in case Uraraka started to float or try to escape. His quirk was prepared but not in current use.

Uraraka was officially confused. She had no idea what was going on. It looked like she was kidnapped but she was also what appeared to be some crib. It was very silly to her, enough to make her think that this was some sort of prank. Then the lights came on which allowed the brunette to get a full look of her surroundings. She was in what appeared to be some nursery but there was also a man in front of her.

"Wh...who are you?" she asked, a bit nervous as this guy knew her hero name. Right away she immediately assumed that this person was a villain and it was most likely that he was the reason for Uraraka's mysterious change in undergarments. Well she wasn't going to take this sitting down. Of course she didn't know who she was dealing with so all she did was touch her fingertips onto her legs but she didn't activate her quirk right away.. When she was ready she would make herself lighter to leap out of the crib and make a quick getaway but right now she wanted to know more about her situation before she made any rash choices.

"Where the heck am I?" Uraraka asked, looking very displeased.

“You can call me Down Low, and you’re in my apartment” he explains while she certainly seemed agitated. When he saw her preparing her hands he feared the worst so he activated his quirk and Uraraka would feel an intense gravity on her, at the moment it was twice the normal gravity, and the intensity varied by how clenched Matsuki’s fist or fists were. Gravity over one target rather than an area was very easy in comparison.

“To cut to the chase you’re being kept away from your duties for a while. You’re not in danger, I won’t hurt you, but I can’t let you interfere with other business today” he explainsthej reaches over and patted the top of her head.

Uraraka tilted her head. "Apartment?" she wondered to herself. Before she could think any further she felt very heavy for what appeared to her to be no reason at all. The surprise change in gravity almost pinned her to the matress. Thankfully it wasn't enough to keep Uraraka down as she slowly got herself up back, though she found the effort to be quite difficult. "What...is going on here?" she asked, blushing as her head was being patted.
