Hawks was sitting on a rooftop, sobbing miserably. Yet again, he'd been punished by his handlers of the hero commission for wetting himself in the middle of a meeting. The blonde was a little, something that his handlers didn't tolerate despite the fact that they knew this was beyond the boy's control. The poor thing had just been released from his 'prison', a very small dark room where he'd been locked up for 12 hours in a row, without any food or even water, and he'd been left in his wet pants too. Hawks would probably just cry himself to sleep on that rooftop, but little did he know that someone had been watching him, and was now moving closer...
