A Blind Encounter (for Amaretto)

[Nova Shine]

A young girl of about 10 years wandered the streets. It had just gotten done raining and she was drenched. Her shoulder-length brown hair was riddled and dirty and it looked like her clothes had been worn for several days. As she slowly walked, she tripped over a break in the sidewalk and fell flat on her face. She tilted her head up, her unseeing eyes filling with tears.

A braixen in her mid-twenties, was walking around town with groceries. She wasn't really enjoying rainy weather because of her fire type. But thankfully, she had an umbrella. Then she perked, seeing some poor young girl, laying in the sidewalk. She quickly ran over to her. "Little one. Are you ok?"

Misao shivered and turned her head toward the voice, shivering quietly. “I'm just trying to find a place away from rain. I think they took down where I used to sit..” she said, feeling for something to help her stand, eventually grabbing the side of a trash can and standing up.

"Oh, dear" braixed looked at poor girl concerned and decided to help her stand up. "Where are your parents, sweetie? I bet they are worried sick for you" she said, petting her head gently

Misao blinked as her head was petted, instinctively relaxing into it. Biting her lip, she shook her head. “Don’t have any. Woke up once a long time ago and they were gone.” She said, her voice more neutral to that fact than sad, like she was used to it by now.

"W-what?! Oh, my gosh!" she gasped, covering her mouth in shock. She couldn't believe that poor girl was without anyone to care about her. "I can't let a child walk around alone, without proper care. Come with me, sweetie. I will take a good care about you" she gently took her hand in her soft paw

Misao blushed at being called “sweetie”, opening her mouth to say something, but feeling her hand being held made her feel safe, so she simply nodded and moved in closer. “O-Okay..” she finally said after a moment, letting out a sneeze from being out in the wet clothes.

Braixen smiled softly as the girl was so cooperative. But then frowned at the sneeze. "Oh, dear. We should quickly put you in something dry and warm. Or else you will get a cold" she said and led girl throught town

Misao listened closely as they walked, trying to figure out just where they were going. As she walked, her hands drifted to her shorts as a wet spot began to grow. She felt so relieved and excited that someone was helping her that she didn’t realize she had to go to the bathroom and whimpered once she realized she was wetting herself. “I’m sorry!” She said quickly with a faint sob.

Braixed slowly led her to the small house with garden that was her. She then perked and looked at girl. "Hm? What are you sorry for?" she asked before noticing her accident. "Oh, dear. Did you made pee pee?"
