1) Always ask about other people's limits and interests.
Make sure you do this before introducing it into the role-play.

2) Always ask other people before joining a private rp or an unmarked one.
Typically good ways of asking are in visitor messages or personal messages. Please ask all parties involved in the roleplay for permission before joining in.

3) Don't Involve Minors.
This includes messaging minors, pictures of actual minors or involving minors in sexual scenarios. Some of these things are illegal in many parts of the world and some are not allowed on this site.

4) Look out for acronyms. (LOFA) It is important to know what acronyms mean, so you can better communicate with your role-play peers. If you aren't sure what it means, don't be afraid to ask them about it or google it.

5) Be respectful to your peers and administration.
Your peers are crucial to everyone's enjoyment of role-playing. Without others, it wouldn't be role-playing. Please keep that in mind and be respectful. Don't use hurtful, harmful or offensive language. I would like you to also be extra kind and respectful to staff, it makes their job easier to do so.

6) Use proper spelling and grammar in role-plays, keep in mind everyone's preferred length of role-play or compatibility.
Please construct grammatically correct sentences with proper spelling. No one has to be perfect, the important thing is to try! If you have disabilities where it makes it hard for you, it is okay, just to do your best. If you do want to improve writing it never hurts to get free programs to help out or ask friends to help out.

7) Have fun and relax.
Don't forget to have a fun and relaxing time here! People role-play for fun and to escape the real world.

8) Be patient with fellow role-players.
People have lives outside of role-playing, harassing others to reply, ruins the fun for them. Unless you have agreed beforehand, that reminders to reply are okay, please avoid it. It can anger and annoy a lot of people.
