*jessie was out on the strets loking for foood when he was caught by some older boys the began beating him unmerciousifully and began to beat him more and more until he was almost dead.but soon the boys powers kicked in and he began throwing ive out killing everyone and soon he was in cuffs and in a jail cell.he was no more then 19 and was very scared he had killed someone with just a touch.
he had betrayed him self while trying to protect him self. and on top of that they had signed him up for a new program where he would be stripped of all his powers very painfully and then regressed to a four year old to start life all over.his parents were dead now and he was alone as he was brought into the operating room they began strapping him down and then put him to sleep after killing every last mutant gene in his body they regressed him and he as ready to begin again*

Portia straps the pacifier into place, then she apologizes for his behavior, next she fills out the paperwork, and slowly takes Jessie home in her car. She takes Jessie home to the nursery, then she feeds him through the pacifier's nipple, and cuddles him.
