Lord David Nassau was slumping over with sheer exhaustion. There was naturally a very good reason for that.

He and his generals and other allies had just successfully defeated the Conqueror in his mad campaign to exterminate humanity for their exploitation of Remnants.

Now they were all taking the time to decompress and take stock in what they'd achieved. Right now, in the confines of his bedchamber, one of his most trusted allies, Emma Honeywell, was arriving.

"Are you well, my lord?" she asked as she approached her master.

"I'm just weary, Emma," David said. "I think the entire campaign has really gotten to me." That was also a moment where Emma saw an invitation to talk about a certain need she'd helped him conceal from the others.

The stress of ruling had caused him to have a number of accidents. None on the battlefield, thankfully, just at night. She smiled and moved to get something from a chest at the foot of the bed. "Would you like me to...?"

"Yes, I would appreciate that very much," David said. He then proceeded to lay down for her.

Emma smiled and moved to undress David completely, before sliding a pair of cloth diapers under his bottom and pinning them up securely. "You really do look handsome like this," she said sweetly, lightly rubbing the front of his padding.

"You and your daughter are the only ones who's ever known," David said. "I wish I had the boldness that she has, that she actually flaunts her incontinence."

Emma chuckled and said, "I suppose that's largely my fault, as I taught her that shame is an attribute that those of our station needn't bother with."
