The local reforme center sat on the edge of third and wilson street. from the outside it was little more then a simi large hospital. but anyone who was on the inside knew that it wasn't.

in order to releave the justice system, in 2021 the system had deciede to build and maintain facilatys that would work to keep crime down, by makeing the very idea of what would happen afterwords pure heck.

so well unsuspeckting inmates brought there "Genaral-Reforme-Slip" to the frount desk, it was well behaved children that left.

The refome or "nuaghty ticket" as it was commenly nicknamed held the name of the inmate, the sentence and the sevearty of that sentence. once checked in an inmate Cannot leave untell there "baby-sitter" decides they have learned there lesson and signs the slip.

A 13 year old boy was walking in front of the center. He was pretty small and had blond hairs. He looked innocent but nothing could be further from the truth, He was caught shoplifting 3 times and among his peers he was known as an smartass.
He entered the building with a smile on his face.
"Well just give me your lecture after all i'm too young for community work or prison." He said overconfident. He obviously did't know how it worked in there.

"good morning to you too." the lady at the desk said, "Ticket please." she asked.

"Of course here it is." Jun said handing it to the lady. He was still confident that this would't be so bad or that he could change the cards in his favour.

"oh i see..." the lady said. "well go into the locker room and use locker 4. put on your uniform and store your presonal belongings in there. your baby-sitter will be with you shortly." she said.

"Of course miss-I can't get an job anywhere so I have to sit behind a desk all day." Jun said as he walked towards his locker and looked at his uniform.

the uniform was a light blue 2 pice jump suit.

"Enjoy your stay." the lady called.

"What is this for an ugly rag.....they look like some cheap clothes bought from an hobo." Jun complained but changed anyway and stuffed his wallet and clothes in the locker.

there was a bench in the middle of the room, with a sign over it that said. "new arivals wait here."

After some complaining about the bench Jun sat down and waited for someone to come and get him.
