Sakura was smiling as she made her way to Tsunade's residence, a noticeable spring in her step.

Sakura was known as one of Tsunade's most talented and motivated students, growing hugely under her education; as such, nobody thought twice about Sakura always being so eager to spend more time with her teacher.

What nobody else knew was that Tsunade was more than just a teacher to Sakura; over the course of Sakura's years of training, she had come to love her teacher, and not too long ago the two had secretly become a couple. Sakura was very much looking forward to some private time with her lover between their scheduled work with medical herbs today...

Tsunade was nervous for a few reasons but that wouldn't stop her. she was dressed casually, jeens and a baggy T. her hair was in a single high pony tail. aside from some herbal work she and Sakura had the day to themselves.

Sakura came in quietly; she'd worn a tight red top and a short black skirt today, hoping to look a little nicer for Tsunade. Sakura had never mentioned it for fear it'd upset Tsunade, but having such an attractive older girlfriend made Sakura want to look her best to try and measure up.

Sakura found Tsunade easily, waking to her quickly and giving her a tight hug.

"Good morning, honey..." She said, blushing a little. She still wasn't used to referring to Tsunade as anything but "Master", but she got a little thrill talking to her more affectionately...

" hey you look nice today! " Tsunade smiled hugging Sakura back.

On Tsunade's bed, Sakura was ignoring the pillows scattered about as she leaned gently against Tsunade, both of them stripped down to their underwear. Despite the reassuring presence of Tsunade's arms around her waist, Sakura felt nervous and was self-consciously covering herself.

"It's hard to believe that things have come to be like this, isn't it?" She asked quietly, blushing a little as she rested against her girlfriend.

" I don't think so. I mean Naruto is dating Ino so I'd say in this big wide world that our relationship isn't that hard to believe. " Tsunade said.

"But you're one of the legendary Sannin...probably one of the most famous ninja in the world, and you're older and wiser than me." Sakura looked down.

"Until a little while ago, I was just a little girl with a crush...sometimes I have trouble believing everything could be this perfect."

" Hush! Sakura trust me when I say we will be together no matter what. " Tsunade said.

Sakura blushed, turning around and hugging Tsunade.

"Y-You said it. That means it has to happen, right?" She said, smiling up at Tsunade.

Even if Tsunade was old enough to be her mother, even if Sakura's family would never approve, no matter what, Sakura wanted to be with Tsunade, and Tsunade had just affirmed she felt the same. Sakura felt all of her fear turn to happiness as she rested her head on her lover's shoulder.
