Sailormoon - Tales of the Stars (PRIVATE)

The tale of this story begins among the Stars...or more accurately, what is currently falling from them.

"TCH!" A young man looked back to a Small girl and an old man chasing him. The old man wielding a large hammer and the girl wielding what appears to be some sort of magic wand. "You guys don't give up! Big...." The young man held both of his hands together, and between them, a ball of energy began to form. It grew to the size of a large inflatable beach ball before he through it. "STAR!!!"

The two separated as they avoided the large explosion that followed. "You're now getting away Child! If you aren't with SolStar, then you're against ALL of us!" The old man shouted and him and the girl swung their weapons. Meeting the young man was a large burst of light and he would soon find himself falling to Earth in a manner not unlike a meteor. The result was a loud explosion, a large tremor and an even larger crater in the middle of the city. Luckily this was at night and no one was hurt...for now.

The girl turned to the old man, "What now DwarfStar?" NewStar asked. "SolStar's gonna be mad if we don't check to make sure he's dead, right?"

Meanwhile in the crater, a rainbow aura surrounded the boy, leaving him completely unharmed from what should have been a fatal fall. Beside him lay a small black spherical creature with red wings and a star on its forehead, looking at the boy with large green eyes.

"Hey! Wake up!" the creature said in a high pitched voice, nudging him. "S'not safe here!"

"Indeed NewStar...althought, it would probably not be the wisest decision at the moment...I an sensing several strong powers making way towards NovaStar's location...we should make haste and report back." With that, he turned and began to hover back towards the heavens.

Back on the ground which NovaStar had found himself familiar with, he sat up holding his head, the rainbow aura slowly dispersing from around him. "Urgh...what happened..." he had yet to actually notice the strange creature.

"Awwww! But I wanted to bash his skull in!" the small girl replied. Seeing that DwarfStar was already leaving, she huffed in defeat. "Fine! But I don't have to like it!" she whined before following him.

"Uh Oh, better hide!" Pyro Star shrieked, nudging him.

But it was too late. Before he could react, five girls in what appeared to be multi-coloured sailor fuku surrounded him from all sides. NovaStar was going to have to answer to the Sailor Scouts themselves! Pyro Star quickly hid herself in NovaStar's shadow; a power she only just realized she had.

"Be careful, girls! Luna says he's giving off strange power readings!" said Sailor Moon.

The others looked to Luna for confirmation. The black cat nodded. "Sailor Moon is correct. You all should be able to feel it too."

Sailor Mars closed her eyes for a minute before opening them again. She shivered a bit. "I can. It's like nothing I've ever felt before. Though, it doesn't feel really evil, like our other enemies, just powerful."

"Now that you mention it," began Artemis, "Sailor Mars is right. The other two energies we felt with this one were definitely evil, but he seems different. What should we do girls?"

Sailor Jupiter gave a mock punch, "I say we knock 'im out and get him somewhere he can't hurt any one!" she suggested.

The rest of the group looked at her before looking back at NovaStar.

"Perhaps we could try reasoning with him." suggested Sailor Mercury. "We'd have to make sure he couldn't move first, though."

"I'm on it!" giggled Sailor Venus, before calling out, "Venus Love Chain Encircle!" and summoning her weapon, quickly tying NovaStar up with it. "There!"

Pyro Star continued to remain in NovaStar's shadow, knowing that she'd be more help that way. She had to wait until she could free him. In the mean time however, she would have to listen to the Sailor Scouts and figure out what they wanted with her papa.

He looked at the girls with a perplexed expression before uttering the words. "Is....this really Earth?" Before he could get an answer to his question, he found himself bound up by strange chains made of energy. "W-W-What!? HEY! What do you think you're doing!? Let me go right now!!!" He struggled against the chains, but found they wouldn't budge.

Sailor Moon stepped forward, assuming her usual pose. The others followed.

"I am Sailor Moon!"

"Sailor Venus!"

"Sailor Mercury!"

"Sailor Mars!"

"Sailor Jupiter!"

"And in the name of the Moon!"

"Venus!"

"Mercury!"

"Mars!"

"Jupiter!"

"We will right wrongs and triumph over evil; and that means you!" They all finished in unison, pointing to NovaStar.

"We won't let you get away with whatever it is you're plotting! C'mon girls!" Sailor Moon called out.

The drama of the moment was completely lost, however, as the only way for the girls to transport NovaStar to a remote location was to take turns carrying him. Sailor Jupiter ended up doing most of the carrying, since she was the strongest.

"MMPH!" she grunted, "This guy's heavy. Where's Tuxedo Mask when you need him?"

NovaStar just looked at them all like they were crazy, and before he could even comprehend what just happened, he found himself being carried away in a fashion similar to a hunter bringing home their game.

"Er...back there...do you girls like....rehearse that? I mean...was that REALLY necessary?"

The girls stopped for a moment and looked at each other.

"It's just something we sort of do." Sailor Venus said sheepishly.

"Hey, we don't have to answer to him. He's the enemy, remember?" Sailor Jupiter cut in.

"Well, we can't be completely sure of that Jupiter." said Sailor Mercury, "After all, his energy reading was different from the other two. That said, we do need to get him out of here."

The scouts nodded to one another wordlessly and carried NovaStar back to Sailor Mar's house.

"I'm all alone for the next week, so we can keep him here." she explained.

NovaStar would find himself sitting crosslegged on the floor, the chains still wrapped around him as he looked up at the scouts with a skeptical look on his face. "So this is what I have to look forward to on Earth eh? Fantastic.."

PyroStar decided now was a better time than any to show herself. Maybe she could help her papa.

"Hey! Listen to papa! He's not bad!" she exclaimed as she emerged from NovaStar's shadow.

"Huh?!" all the girls yelled in unison.

"Where did you come from?" asked Luna, clearly perplexed. "I can't sense your energy."

"That's because I share papa's energy!" PyroStar giggled. She turned to NovaStar, "Don't worry papa, I'll help you!" she announced triumphantly.
