Linux shot off the cement road of metropolis riding a metal board. Celebrating his 20'th birthday, nothing was going to get in the way of his speed. Doing tricks, moving at high speeds, he was in a good mood.

(okay, here I go...)

Felix sprinted across the rooftops, the wind blowing past him as he leaped from roof to roof, running across walls and vaulting AC units. Stopping to rest for a second, he happened to notice a blur zooming along on the streets below. He didn't know what it was, but he proceeded to follow it, as it made him curious.

Linux shot up off a ramp and did a backflip across a large gap and ditched the board. He started running across the sides of buildings, his purple fur and quills gleaming in the sun.

(thanks. By the way, Linux is a hedgehog, right?)

Wow, thought Felix, watching in astonishment as the purple blur sped across the sides of buildings, this guy's good.

Linux then climbed up one of the buildings with the momentum of his running and shot up into the sky. He had never felt so alive in his life. Curling into a spin dash, he started spinning towards the top of the building that's was in front of felix.

Felix stopped himself, and stared at the purple hedgehog with wide eyes. He'd never seen anyone move like that in his life.

Linux landed on his feet with a small sonic boom. He stood up and looked around. His eyes trained on Felix.

Felix squinted his eyes at the purple figure. He was a hedgehog. Uncertainly, Felix raised his hand in greeting.

"hmph. Friendly one, aren't you??" Linux red eyes gleamed like rubies. He then noticed felix's 2 tails.

The sirens started to come near the building.

"I can see youre being chased by the boys in blue as well, so why don't you tag along? We can get out of here if we work together."

Felix looked down at the street. Sure enough, police cars were quickly approaching. "Yeah, let's do that," he said, nodding his head and running towards the purple hedgehog.
