I have some really good news. I did some surfing around the net and found a copy of a certain diaper comic that if pretty famous in DA, and the best part about it is the fact that all the pages are TRANSLATED to english. You can find the comic here:

I don't think Tamae would be angry with you for finding his comic on another site. He should however be angry with that site if they don't have permission to host the comic. I belive the official site for unwanted care is:

Tamae hasn't uploaded much recently although the News text there suggests that in April he was planning to get going on chapter 3.

I don't know that one, though it might exist in the Manga section of the diaperedanime gallery probably untranslated. If this is the first English version found by anyone on here, then good job finding it.
