I kinda do when i wear a diaper for a full night i think it's already pretty messy but i often only pee in them.
When i soil myself however i go for the full exprience like panpacking my diaper and such it can get pretty messy.
I mean when you go as far as to do that you kinda wanna act like your some helpless 2 year old or something changing right away is pretty coward.
I also try to fart in them.
I was once in a soiled diaper for 3 hours !!! do have to admit it was kind of a pain to clean afterwards and i had to use the shower right away otherwise it woudn't have been enough.
I do howver think that when it starts to merge with your skin it doesn't really feel all that great after a while you get a feeling of being trapped and with peeing not so much cause let's face it pee actually get's absorbed but poo doesn't ...
But i like the feeling of letting go off it and the warm feeling at first also the awkward way of walking as well.
