well ware to start i had this mulling over in back my head for a while now .... and what im proposing is a little on dark side of things .
Picture a World not like it is now this one is a good 100 years in future ... and any one seeing it from are time would believe it is a much better place Gangs are next to noware . crime is at a minum ....
No why is this you may ask ? ... well some 75 years ago the world came to its senses and found where it made it biggest mistake ..... It gave back Compleat control of children to there parents and guardians . the world seemed to have reverted back to a 50 or 60 way of thinking well with how children are raised and disciplined. long as the child isn't hurt to point needing hospital care or meeting one there few abuse clauses all government state and or federal have orders to stay out how the child is raised. ...
Most schools now believe on following to letter any punishment the parents have informed them of also as long as its not one of the few things on the abusive list.
The place is a foster where the house parents believe punishments should aways Fit the crime and believe Pants wetting and bed wetting are very babyish acts .
Not all kids have have wetting problem if there medical reason for you accidents then more likely there be no punishments for you least soon as its determined to be a medical condition but other acts or babyishness or toddlerish acts could still wind them up into a Babyish punishment
all ages will be open baby to adults and only criteria for joining is an open mind and willing try RP with bunch kids running around in diapers getting spanked or punished . ... even goes for non diapered kids if you want play the the normal in the group as they are needed too .
The World is it stands is Earth ruffly 100 years from now .
there biggest advance is in nanotech it is used it many ways but always has be programed for what is does there is no Ai to them. can be used for light healing uses used in nano glues and even in the paint on the walls the homes TV sets for instance are just nanos in the wall paint.
Then Moon has been colonized and family's take vacations there similar to family's now taking vacations to Disney world. also Mars has stared to be colonized but still to far travel for a vacation place .
It it now a World Government using the Federalization System . Where each country has much same independence as a US state would have. and World Gov similar to the US Fed Gov.
