Momoko was fighting a monocromon with her partner Gazimon. She was protecting a digidestened shrine from being attacked. "Gazimon, Digivolve!" She held her digivice in front of her and it shot a beam of light at Gazimon. Gazimon digivolved into dobermon.

the monocromon was clearly intimidated by the now stronger opponent, but stood it's ground. "you do not understand! this.."shrine" is unnatural. it has no place here!" he yelled, preparing to charge at the shrine once more.

"It is my job to protect it, stand aside, I don't want to turn you into digitama." She said ready to call an attack for Dobermon to use. "I don't care if it is unnatural."

"if you will protect it..then you, shall share in it's destruction." the monochromon stated. it began to charge it's Volcanic Strike. "this..will be the end. even if you block it, the explosions will do the job! Volcanic Strike!" and with that, the monochromon fired.

"Dobramon, seal its power with Gray Noise!" Dobramon let's out a roar that seals Monocromon's power so he can't attack again, but before she could stop the blast it hit the shrine. "Dang it, I must destroy you know! You have just committed a crime against all digimon. Dobramon, Black Beam!" The digimon releases a beam that destroys Monocromon's digicoar turning it into digitama.

when the attack hit the shrine, something shifted. cracks began to form over it's surface, and a dark, yet not quite evil feeling power surged. a black and purple aura formed over the shrine, slowly taking on a decidingly human shape. it flickered, as though not at full strength. regardless, the event, or rather the amount of power behind it was setting off momoko's digivice, merely from it's sheer force. it was then, a voice came, seemingly from under the shrine. "who has awakened my soul? broken the prison that binds me?" it questioned, as the aura condensed back into the shrine, causing the cracks to deepen. in fact, the ground around the shrine itself was now cracking.

"It was a monocromon, it blasted it with its volcanic strike and hit the..... Wait, why am I telling you, who are you? Plus what happened to my digivice?" Momoko said angrily.

"all good questions. but..only one, have i answers to." the voice answered. "i am the sword. i am the prince, bidden from the throne beyond. reborn, again. and again to protect all worlds. i am..jacques dragonheart! " it said, as the cracks in the ground and shrine deepened further. hostile digimon became attracted by the power, quickly surrounding the area. "i ask you this. you, who've come to this place. have you the will to protect what is important? if so..give the final blow. break my prison, and free me from these chains."

"Okay, Dobramon, Black Beam, finish the job!" Dobramon released another beam of black light to destroy the rest of the shrine. "I hope the three archangels don't punish me for this." Dobramon reverts into Pagumon because of loss of energy.

"then the pact is set! let my blade, be that which cuts your path!" Jacques declared. the ground split open completely. and the aura from before spilled out in full force.

a figure, dressed in a black coat floated out.

brown hair flowed freely over his shoulders.

his hands and feet, and presumingly the attached limbs were made of some kind of machinery.

as he surveyed the area, he put his hand outwards, and the aura flowed into him.
lines of violet energy ignited upon his hands. and in a small burst of that energy, a digivice was formed. "you seem to be in great need. allow me to help." he said. with a flourish, he tossed the digivice into the air, and caught it. "spirit. evolution! royalarmormon!" as soon as he transformed, royalarmormon went straight into the fight. to the nearest digimon, he charged at nearly unseen speed. "sword of the savior!" he cried out, and caused a sword shaped energy bolt to emerge from the sky, hurtling towards the enemy.
