Cadance was at a empass Twilight had just recently started to show side affects that was possible to show up from the reconfiguration/transformation to a Alicorn albeit the side affects was only in theory it started out with Twilight becoming a bedwetter again now Twilights slowly getting less control over the bladder and bowels . Cadance is at a empass as she wants to suggest Twilight wear diapers till the matter is resolved but yet she doesn't want to at the same as Twilight might take it the wrong way.

She was still in denial about this, surely it was just a few accidents caused by a new body she wasn't used to. Yes, clearly it was just a minor adjustment issue. "I don't need to wear them..
