Death is what awaited most as a giant Nine tailed fox shrugged of nearly any attack feeling something akin to a bug bite the weapons even less affective then that . So whenever a ninja got within striking range was killed with a swiped of a claw or hit by a tail. Most would think its nothing but a beast on the contrary its when not enrages or mind controlled and not being help in a prison against its will for doing nothing wrong atleast when in the right mind ,its a caring creature that despises how most humans treat those that hold one of its brethren or lesser creature. Atleast the advents of tonight will ensure she could be out to help not that she knows it at this time as the child chosen to hold her well was meant to help her will only hold most of her power and keep it siphoning to the child .

The one to seal the nine-tails was none other then Minato Namikaze the 4th hokage. Sadly that left the newborn container parent less as Minato's wife died herself thanks to some masked man removing it from its last container being the very same woman

The Kitsune had lost the ability to hold 9 tails worth of power and now stick with 1 tail of power to make and hold at any given time. She soon shrank taking a half human and half demon form her plan was rather simple make make false document to live somewhere and if need be adopt the child she had inadvertently caused the loss of the parents.

When The Nine tails now known as Karma had enough false documents set up that it was practically full proof . That was the reason she was walking to a abusive to one child in a orphanage where she heard people talk about a child refering to the child as a demon brat and if its the child she thinks it is she'll adopt in a flash.

By the time she got there she frowned at the sight of the child she seen The child seen scared to do anything and children that are bullies was encouraged to bully the child. So without hesitation she had filled out the forums for the child to be hers. It was warming and abit disturbing when the child hugged her leg babbling about thing what adults said and did at times to him which equaled her letting killing intent on all the caregivers. It was good thing that she saved up a good amount of money she'd need it till she finds a babysitting trust able to be with her son as she is iffy on setting babysitting mission up unless she could get that Anko woman to babysit even if that woman is abit off

Karma having a hunch that Naruto likely failed the exam yet again had a plan to cheer her kit up as she never liked to see Naruto down about something but the strange thing is Naruto isn't home yet odd as the graduation exam flunking never bothered Naruto this much to be gone this long

the reason naruto wasn't home was that unlike past years, Mizuki had offered a "make-up exam" to him. the object, steal a scroll from the hokage's office, and bring it to him in the woods. so, there he was, running through the woods to his objective.

Karma hadn't been informed up till now of a scroll theft reason why is mainly they seen it as she might let feelings get in the way if she caught Naruto not so much in fear of the scroll still getting away but in truth she had a rather high intolerance to traitors. Regardless using the special charka connection she had started to follow the pull on her charka knowing Naruto had to be tricked to swipe a scroll she soon made it to the clearing and slapped the back of her exhausted 'kit' head''Why did you steal the scroll kit?'' It was in a caring yet stern voice when asked showing she's not mad but worried on the reason


Mizuki was relaxing hidden from most ninja's presence atleast for awhile till he seen that woman who was stupid enough to adopt what he seen as a demon he still keep hidden though he took and readied kunia and shuriken as he still plans to try the shock tactic of revealing the s class secret but he wanted to wait till Karma's distracted enough to get hit or block the attack to Naruto when the chance comes about

Mizuki yet again went more attack on Naruto being intersected by Karma being a shield for Naruto as a Fuma Shuriken would have decapitated her kit ,though for Karma the weapon imbedded itself in her back just barely missing her spinal cord she'd have to be careful when she moves or pull it out

Karma was inwardly was laughing at how Mizuki was slightly correct in the sense the Kyubii A.K.A her was in a human form but only the human form in part''No ''Karma took the Fuma Shuriken out of her back letting some of her charka heal the damage atleast abit so she could move safely''For the most part hes wrong but the fourth did seal or atleast attempt to seal the fox away in you.''Karma choose to misdirect Naruto with a truth of her own so she wouldn't need to admit it where others might hear and the truth she will say is one related to the fact Naruto knows a false/half false secret of hers claiming she's not fully human Naruto has known for quite some time''I don't smell any massive powerful Kitsune scent from you,I detect abit but its not of the once second most power tailed beast. Its your own scent .I can sense its charka in you though thanks to my status''Karma grinned a moment as she noted her charka was more or less flooding Naruto's body at the moment'' You aren't the nine tails for if you was that kitsune ,you wouldn't have put up with how nearly everyone has treated you''In truth Karma had discreetly over the years harmed those that tried to harm Naruto or her in someway and discriminate along with hate them she did with elebrate yet somewhat harmful pranks so complex no one not even the major idiots could claim it was Naruto''So let me handle this trai'Karma was abruptly stopped when Mizuki slammed into her back where the Fuma Shuriken wound is thereby making Karma wheeze where she can't get away yes she has skills higher in fighting but she hasn't been in battle mode yet she's more in protect and comfort mode,plus she still is trying to adjust her charka and senses to her human body still after so long.

and that was all naruto needed to hear or see. for as mizuki was about to learn, he'd picked up a trick from the scroll. a particularly potent, unexpected trick. " leave her alone! shadow clone jutsu!" he yelled. in the blink of an eye, the clearing turned from night black, to bright orange. and mizuki...well, let's just say he'd be adverse to both red and orange after the beatdown he had gotten from the boy and his clones.

As if on cue Anbu arrived strange how only certain Anbu ever shows up in time to assist before things go south whenever it involves Naruto and/or Karma albeit when its just Karma its left alone as the idiots the cross Karma in some way tended to get beat or get some rather painful body parts injuries when Naruto and kids aren't around.

The Hokage arrived afew moments later having a stern look at Naruto and when looking at Karma he gave her a suspicious look do to Karmas paperwork that he had to go through so as to approve both citizenship in the leaf and ninja carrier meant something odd was going on. For what he had heard thanks to his viewing orb that had a listen seal/voice receiver thing added Karma knew about Naruto's burden and more or less said the fox might not have been sealed when she shouldn't have any clue about Naruto's burden. Though something about a status he'll need to find out later how she knew about the burden and about the status talk''Naruto seeing as you showed skills enough to get in the tower and away with a heavily in a layered fashion guarded scroll not being spotted ''The Hokage isn't going to say it in front of his anbu that hadn't seen him get knocked out by a childs special transformation justu,special both because the fact any transformation Naruto does is real for the most part for some reason and the more important fact the variant Naruto made was a justu made for men to be atleast distracted by perverted thoughts or get knocked out from a nosebleed''While in very bright orange clothing along with learning a advanced clone justu,not to forget subduing a traitor I'm proud to grant you the rank of genin''

The Hokage produced from one of his hokage robe sleeve a forehead protector with the leaf symbol on it. The forehead protector is somewhat aged but still in great shape and to top it off the things charka conducting metal but Naruto would likely not realize that unless the blond paid attention to the ninja tools and material class.The Hokage was holding it out for Naruto to take''But you and me need to discuss what happened tonight in my office and punishments if any need be take ''

Karma was taken to the hospital shortly after the Anbu showed themselves though she didn't want to go she knew it'd seem strange if her wounds was healed quick without medical treatment so she went to the hostital

naruto was overwhelmed with joy at the declaration of the hokage. "oh yeah!" he yelled, cheering to himself as he folled the hokage to his office.
