Lucky Draws At The School At Sea (private)

For those to whom it may apply, the newly opening Tropics Of Capricorn school for teens was opening, and it's main student body was made up, not of humans alone, but also furries. Anthropomorphic humanoids that had evolved differently than humans, and who had taken forms of everything from wolves, to coyotes, to eagles, but they were also students. Though due to a rising population of furry students and families, the government had reacted to prevent a wildfire of younger furry families, the plan was extreme. However, after a meeting it was decided to instead of employing safe sex plans, as they had with humans, to spay and fix the furry students, however such operations would conducted at the beginning of Senior year in high schools. But a select few males and the same number of females would not undergo the surgery and there by hopefully keeping a tight leash on the furry population.

This mew school would open its students eyes to the world around them, and get them to further enrich their educations by applying for universities, as the school board hopes. This school was a first come first serve basis and even than it was a draw, for the ship could only house several hundred students and staff. Before the ship shoved off for it's maiden voyage the new body of students was called into the theatre, this theatre held at most 300 hundred human and furry students.

as mugen looked forward he was a rare mix of racoon and human as breading between human and furry was almost a cultural taboo as the mixes by law are still furry mugen was stray taken in by the school a few years ago before the school at sea program and was often laughed at for tail and ears

Mugen's girl friend was rather popular for a mix her self she was she had silver hair wolf ears and wolf tail she was nice and kind as almost everyone loved her her name was silver she often hanged out with school nurse who unknown to her was gonna rig the drawing to spear her on this day she was getting the cone like bucket collars ready which were used for 2 weeks to mark who had been fixed or not until all were fixed except those with a E for exception by there name

on this day they were gonna gather in the auditorium to announce the lucky ones and to get every one there registration forms for every student who was 18 and to get the 17 year old to preregister

LeAnne was a purebred Timber wolf, and would have been put in the list for getting fixed if she hadn't caught onto it and swapped her name with someone else's. Instead she got to have a regular collar put on her neck with an E on it, signifying she was one of the few that would be spared, but her boyfriend Andrew, a red fox mix with an arctic fox who had no clue that he was going to get fixed.

The ship's captain and principal walked onto the stage "Welcome to your new school students, I am Frederick DeGrase and my school has rules and they will be followed unless you want detention in one of the detention halls" he says. "First off, there will be no intercourse on this boat, I don't care if you've been fixed or not, I will not have it, and and if you are found in the act, both will punished with enemas and diapers and locked in one of the dark rooms" he says. "Secondly, no fights of any kind, or all involved will get the aforementioned punishment, plus public spanking, Third, no bullying, lying to authority, no late sleepers during class days, and all lights out at 10 pm, fourth, well, you will not torment your classmates no matter what they lookk like, Human or Furry" he states.

mugen went to try and talk his mom the school nurse runing at full speed since the nurse was like his moma

Most students didn't like the fact they would be coned, but at least they'd be equal, except for 6 lucky ones that would be spared.

LeAnne knew her boyfriend wasn't as lucky and went to the nurse to see if she could get him spared, or at least be with him throughout the procedure and through the recovery period, padded or not she was loyal to the end.

mugen ran in the nurses office and yelled " momma you got to help me i am on the nuetter list" he yelled at top of his lungs

The nurse, Jen nodded "Yes Mugen I know, I just had a talk with another girl whose boy friend is on the list too, but while you're here do you want to get the surgery over with now?" she asks.
