A Padded Padawan (Private)

3644 years prior to the rise of the Galactic Empire...

The galaxy is once more in turmoil. After the end to the fragile peace between the Sith Empire, and the Galactic Republic, war has broken out once more. To add to the chaos, an ancient Sith Lord, by the name of Darth Vitiaie, has returned from the dead, and has brought legions to bear against both the Republic and the current Sith Empire.

Aurelia Tharne hummed to herself, as she strode through the halls of the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine. Her red tinged skin shone in the morning light. The Sith Jedi, which, as she was a Pureblood Sith, at first brought suspicion towards her, was now barely mentioned at all, as she was quite jovial at times. True, being a Pureblood Sith Jedi seemed ironic, but she and others like her strove to redeem the evils caused by their ancestors.

She was to recieve a new Padawan, and the Jedi Knight was excited, giddy, one could say.

(By the way I've never played KOTOR or any of those other Star Wars games or really explored it outside the movies so if I say anything wrong please tell me and help me out a bit too if I need it... Sorry)

Aidan was not where he was supposed to be. The boy sat outside an exit of the enclave, from the room he was supposed to be in. He ran a hand through the tall grass, staring out over the large plains this planet had to offer. He wasn't a bad kid, just curious. A bit shy too. And besides, this was a cool planet. And a cool building, with all the stone and vines. A bit scary on the inside though, which is why he ended up wandering around to fill the time until... Whatever was going to happen. There weren't a ton of people, especially none his age. It was boring. So he sat, staring up into the sky. The wind blew through his short shaggy brown hair, and he looked around. He felt like someone was around.

"I had a hunch I'd find you here." Aurelia smiled, striding over. Her earthy brown boots crunched against the lush grass of the planet. Her feet barely disturbed the dirt. Her short robe covered her khaki tunic and matching pants. Her lightsaber hung from her belt. "I presume you are to be my new Padawan?" she smiled warmly

Aidan had similar brown boots, and wore light tan pants, with a light brown short robe going down to his knees, and a brown belt at his waist. He turned around quickly and stood up. He felt like he had done something wrong, and was nervous until she mentioned her business.
"Oh-Hi!" He said quickly. "Are you, um... Master... Altria? Alia?" He fumbled with her name nervously, not sure how to say it." Something about her though had a calming effect, and made him feel safer. Not like all these cold, scrutinizing looks he'd been getting around here. It was a warm change. His Amber eyes shone curiously as he examined her, staring particularly at her light saber.

Aurelia let out a soft giggle, not unlike wind chimes. She patted his head, "It's Aurelia." she smiled warmly. Her natural gold eyes followed his, and her smile grew. "Ah, my lightsaber," she glanced at his training saber, more or less a sword where a casing of hard light would form, imitating a lightsaber. "You shall construct yours tomorrow."

Aidan beamed up at her as she patted his head, and smiled apologetically. "Aurelia. Right, sorry." He said sheepishly. He smiled as she mentioned his light saber, and looked down to his own. He knew it wasn't a real light saber, but he liked to pretend it was. It seemed cooler. His eyes widened, and he looked at her in awe. "Wow, I get to make my own?!" He asked excitedly.

"Ah, the innocence of a Padawan." Aurelia chuckled, "And yes." she pointed to what appeared to be a large cave, overlooking the Temple. "That is where you shall forge your lightsaber." she said

"How do we get up there?" He said, tilting his head back to look up. He shrugged, and toyed around with his training saber on his belt. Soon he'd have a real one. He frowned as he felt something in the front of his pants, and groaned. He knew the feeling, but he never felt it until it was too late. He tried to act natural and turn his back to her, acting intruiged with the cave.
