It's a cool morning as the day was just starting to get started on another day on the land. It had rained the night before, and currently, two forms were just sitting inside their tent as the rain from the night before was just starting to let up now. Inside the tent sat a blue hedgehog and a yellow twin tailed fox. The hedgehog, named Sonic, looked to be around twelve years old, and the yellow fox, named Tails, were currently just sitting there as they had woken up not long ago, but had been stuck in the tent due to the rain. The yellow fox sat there looking bored at the moment, as he had been stuck inside the tent for awhile now. He sat there wiggling his socked feet as he hadn't bothered putting his shoes on at all just yet. He sat there just in his socks and also a pair of blue pull-ups, as he was currently trying to be potty trained. He was just interested in the rain letting up now though as his ears perk up a bit.

While the little fox sat there quietly, Sonic on the other hand was peaking out to see if the rain had calmed down yet. From the looks of it, it would be letting up shortly. Sonic would then divert his attention to his two-tailed friend before proceeding to gesture him to put his shoes on. It was almost time to go. Afterwards when the rain had stopped, he exited the tent and waited for Tails to come out. Time to start another day!

Tails looks over and does see what Sonic wants and does start trying to put his shoes on now. Luckily, the shoes are just pop on shoes and he didn't have to really deal with strings or anything like that, so it was pretty easy for him to just sort of pop them on. He does wiggle his toes around a bit before peaking his head out of the tent to see what was going on out there and if it was okay to come out now as well. He could already see that the rain had stopped, though it was a bit wet out there now around their camp site.

While he waited on Tails, he thought it would be best to scout the area around him and make sure there was no trouble. Despite Robotnik's recent defeat and disappearance, there was still dangerous badniks out there who wouldn't hesitate to harm him and his little fox friend. As of right now, no badniks could be spotted from where he stood. However, a badnik could ambush them at any moment.

Once Tails poked his head out, Sonic gave him a cheerful smile, motioning him to come out of the tent.

Tails sees Sonic's smile and does start to come out of the tent when he was motioned to do so. Tails stands up fully and stretches, the pull-ups he was wearing crinkling a bit as he does so. "Things okay?" asks Tails as he glances around a bit wondering how things were looking today. All the four year old fox knew was that the ground around their tent was pretty wet at the moment, but at least there was no more rain for the moment.

The young hedgehog looked around for short moment before simply nodding his head in response to the question. Before they would continue onwards, Sonic walked over to the four year old fox and pulled his pull-ups back to see if it had been used overnight or not.

Tails glances around a moment before feeling his pull-up get pulled back in the seat a bit. He doesn't move when it happens as he was a bit used to it, after awhile in diapers around Sonic before this. When looking in there, nothing looked to be in there and they looked to still be dry, even after a long night in the tent. Tails just stands there wagging his tails about waiting now.

Sonic smiles brightly and ruffles the fox's hair on his head. If Tails keeps this up, he'll be out of pull-ups in no time! With the diaper check and scouting done, it was time to head on out! Even though they were safe right now, Sonic didn't want to take any chances. He looked over and took grasp of Tails hand, holding it. From there, the two would take their leave.

Tails giggles at the head patting and does look up to Sonic happily. He knows why Sonic was rubbing his head as he knows he was still dry from the previous night. The fox knew he was, and had tried to do so on purpose if possible. The fox had done so, though at this point, he had actually been holding it in a bit as he did feel like he was going to need to go soon, he just wasn't just yet. When Sonic holds out his hand, Tails does hold onto it now as he figures he and Sonic were going walking now.

And he was right. If Sonic were to run while holding Tails hand...well, that'd be bad. And it likely wouldn't end too well. So walking was their only option basically. As the two walked, little drops of water sprinkled onto their heads. It wasn't that bad compared to the storm last night. And it was sure to pass by them soon anyways. After a few minutes of walking, Sonic then looked down at the little fox, making sure he felt alright and such.
