The blonde haired boy breathed heavily, seemingly shocked at what lied before him. His hair was braided messily down his back as his chest rose and feel so slowly that one would wonder where he or not he was actually breathing... Whether or not he was actually there...

Edward was wondering the same thing himself.

The surrounding area was white, with no sign of a destination going in any direction. He swallowed hard. In front of him, however, was a giant double door, and, infront of that... The one called Truth. Another gulp. He... He.... He made it? The golden eyed boy took a hasty step forward before pausing. Was this real? Had he actually made it here?

A smile began to form on the older Elric's face as his eyes lit up with joy.

There was no doubt about it! He had made it back! He could get their bodies back! He could get Al's body back and-Everything would be normal again. "Truth!" The boy calls don't to the figure of a person expectingly. "I want to make an equivalent exchange." He said as he walked closer to the being.... This was it... He knew what he would trade.... He knew what he would get back!

He had a great equivalent exchange!

Truth smiled that creepy grin he had done each time but for once a eye was visible with a raised eyebrow''Alchemist I must admit I'm impressed to see you again''Truth had know humans are interesting but the Elder Elric is the most interesting and fun one he has had the pleasure of dealing with that he can ever recall

''But you look like you are about to belong to the dead''Truth wasn't being a ass yet anyway as Ed really looks like he could die any moment sense dealing with the original homunculi Father

''Lets see what are you to offer''Truth stated loosing the smile abit as he was still trying to think how to repay Ed for a service rendered on fixing a major unbalance

Ed had completely forgotten about his condition from the battle, but that didn't matter. This was the chance he had been waiting for. This... This was his moment of Truth....no pun intended. The blonde raised both arms out to his sides, and almost like magic, summoned his gate. The door looked fairly similar to Truth's and was almost equally as tall. With all the skills he had aquifer as an alchemist, the Elric was sure this would work.

"I'll return all of my alchemy for mine and my Brother's body back!" He stated, pant slowly starting to return. The adrenaline from the earlier fight had still been in his system, but now,however, the alchemist was beginning to feel the effects of his fight and gamble... He could possible drop from fatigue at any moment.... But he'd hold out. He had made it. So this wasn't going to stop him.

Truth seemed nice very nice but no mortal would truly understands Truths behavior or thinking''I shall let you keep your gate and restore both of you even returning your friend Greed to your earth and Mustangs eyesight but there is a catch I will make you grow again and I doubt you will like that'' Now any time else the catch would have been questioned but the next line will ensure its not looked into if what he knows of Ed is true''Child ''

Ed was in the process of understanding Truth's words when he had mentioned 'beating' him first and receiving a 'prize'. The Elric was thinking thoroughly about what that could possibly mean.... Until he heard Truth state he'd give him back what he wanted to his brother, and even return other things.... And the price? For him to grow up? The blonde was quickly growing near an assumption to what Truth meant, only to have it be proven correct.

Ed clenched his fist together, while clenching his teeth. He didn't want to say something that he would ultimately end up regretting in this moment.... Face twitching with both anger and annoyance, the Elric spoke. "Say that again?" He asked growing on the edge of having a rant.

Edward released a partially annoyed with, trying to prevent doing something rash to truth. The alchemist clenched both hands together harder imagining all of the do backs he would give to the other, such as 'DON'T CALL ME SHORT! I'LL RIP OFF YOUR FEET AND STICK THEM ON YOUR HEAD!' However, the young alchemist was avoiding such comments. The boy looked at Truth, face telling the other that he was obviously pushing his buttons.

" If Alphonse was better suited for my role, why didn't you give it to him? Or was that something even the great truth couldn't control?" The Older Elric retorted back, throwing a blow of his own to Truth's pride.

''Is that supposed to offend me child?''Truth said calmly in a bored tone''You may find this hard to believe but souls start out as a blank slate so no predicting if the older sibling is truly a big baby till its at that point''Truth smirked abit though and rubbed his hands together on what he was thinking Ed will soon assume the fault of his trolling is from some mortal saying something foolish when this was already planned

''Humm you do have a point though I should give Alphonse the proper role now that I know''Truth spoke cheeky like as Eds metal leg vanished aswell as any remnants of the Automail thats in him and replaced by the body parts that was messing even fixing what was altered to how it should be then Ed was shrinking

The alchemist had lost his balance for a second, before he was sent falling towards the ground. Ed landed on his tail, just as his leg and arm were replaced with his fleshy parts. The boy stared in shock at having them be returned to him and so quickly, that he hadn't even noticed the change that was happening. Edward flexed his right hand as to clarify its existence before moving his attention to his feet, doing the same there.

However he was gradually shrinking, until he was around the size of an actual toddler. Now Ed was no fool. He was able to tell the difference from having your body back and from something looking to be so... Chubby? "W-What going on?!" He said defensively only now noticing that his clothes were much to big for him. Ed glar d at Truth, believing that the other had done this out of angry for what was spoken about earlier.
