Peach and Daisy, The Padded Duo (Private for Myself and sonicmixer)

Peach laid back in her bed, staring up at the ceiling, the nearby fan blowing cool wind onto her. So far it had just been a day where she could just sit back. and relax. Though she had been doing that for the last hour or so. The whole morning had been nothing but wondering around the castle aimlessly and talking to some random toads around the castle. With Toadsworth Gone for the week for some convention or something, she had alot of free time on her hands. No sitting on her throne for hours on end, waiting for some problem to arise. Just doing whatever she wanted for the day, even if tit was just nothing. Though the best thing she had to admit was not having to wear her dress. Since it had been a rather hot day, she had been in pair of pink track shorts and a pink tank top. Usually he would wear it for Tennis or something but today was a good day as any to wear it. Groaning to herself, she grabbed the nearest pillow and put it over her face. Of all the days she had wished that Bowser or his little spawn, Jr. would attack, at least it would be a little exciting.

As if the star road itself was listening to her, that was the very moment in which a rather irritatted looking Princess Daisy came barging through Peach's doors, carrying a bundle of bags of varying shapes and sizes, while dressed in a pair of old ratty jeans and an orange tank top. the only thing that would lead you to think she was a pricness was her crown. "Welp, looks like I'm spending the week with you Peach. Seems I'm having a few technical difficulties at my humble abode, so I have to crash here. That's alright with you isn't it?" She didn't even wait for a response before she chucked her bags on the bed and began rummaging through Peach's things looking for something of interest.

Peach nearly screamed in surprise, Jumping out of bed and hitting the floor. "D-Daisy?" She stuttered, slowly pulling herself up. She had been used to random Daisy Entrances like this for quite a while now. Though every time her friend had actually showed up, it had ended with a scream from peach and usually her falling off something. "Stay? You? Wha?" She asked, trying to focus on what Daisy was saying. Shaking her head and taking a breath, Peach stood up. "Whoa whoa whoa. Bags...You...Here? Why?"

By this point Daisy had already gone about making this place more comfortable for her as opposed to her blonde counterpart, by putting up posters of herself kicking the ever living crap out of Bowser. "Well given the fact that we constantly have people running through our pipes on a saily basis, and because a fair amount of said pipes don't actually go anywhere, it's easy to see just how my royal throne back at home is more than a little backed up. So I hired the best (and only) plumbers I know to handle the problem while I meanwhile kick back and hang with my sister in princesshood. Because I know she wouldn't abandon me in my oh so desperate hour of need now would she?" By this point Daisy had already gone straight up to her and made the best puppy dog eyes she could muster in order to convince her to stay.

By this point, Peach had stood back up, grabbing each of her friends bags and setting them on the floor. "Well that explains why Mario hasn't contacted me in a few days." She mumbled to herself. "Okay, Hold up a bit there Daisy. The posters? They have to go." Walking over to the wall, she started to take down the newly put up posters, stopping at a particularly interesting poster of a certain shirtless, Green wearing plumber. "Except that one. That can stay." Though getting back to the matter at hand, Peach had turned back to Daisy. "So you come into my castle, uninvited I may add. Throw your bags onto my bed, put up your posters around my room and then expect for me to just agree to let you stay here?" Peach asked, Crossing her arms. "Well you want to know what I think? I think....GIRLS NIGHT!"

The suggestion made Daisy equally giddy at the thought of it. "You know it baby! boozing it up until the morning, playing with powerups from your personal vault and terrorizing the land with our awesome powers, riding our karts straight into Bowser's throne room where ! My dear Peach I do proclaim that this will be the best girls night ever!" She grinned at the obviously surprised looking Peach, who from the looks of things had something very different in mind. Something that Daisy wouldn't be on board for.

Peach had paused once Daisy had started listing off all the things they were going to to do that night. She of course did want to do about fifty percent of what Daisy had suggested but not exactly in the way she had said. "Well uhm that sounds all fine and dandy but may I offer a different plan? We race a few laps on the track in the back, I have a few targets set up and we can use some fire flowers on them. I also have some Waka Juice in the fridge. While only half a bottle, it's still something?"

"...or that. I suppose we can do that too." Daisy shrugged, deciding that they'd try to save it for tomorrow. After all Bowser probably wouldn't even be in the castle that night. She heard is was his gambling night anyway. He was got together with all the other video game villains every weekend and bet on which of their stupid plans. Given how much he was in debt at the moment, he was probably gonna put his kids in the pile. She almost wished she could see it. That'd be hilarious to see. "So what precisely should we tackle first?"

Peach's smile started to return as she ran to her closet. She had been hiding a certain dvd from Toadsworth. Rummaging few a few things, tossing out a few plushies of goombas, Boos and koopa's she finally turned around pulling out a dvd. "Found it!" She yelled, rushing back to her friend. "Okay! So I managed to get my hands on a copy of Brain eating slime's from planet Vega 4! It's suppose to be so scary that it comes with it's own heart attack warning! Plus it's banned in the mushroom kingdom!"

Daisy rolled her eyes at the thought of a movie supposedly being that terrifying. Horror movies always seemed to have an opposite effect on her as opposed to the intended one given all the things she'd seen. But hey, she was always up for a good laugh, and given the title, this would no doubt be something worth riffing. "Alright than." She gave a little smirk. "Should I get you a blankie to hold so you don't get too scared?" She mockingly cooed.
