Alpha and Omega: But This Has Nothing to Do With The Movie (Private)

Lilian, an Omega Arctic wolf was just now being woken by a random Alpha in her pack. Signaling that last night's raid has ended. She and the other Omegas were now permitted to leave the safety bunker built to protect them during raids while the Alpha's defended the village.

The Alphas start ordering the Omegas into a group outside, in front of a risen wooden platform, where announcements are made, such as deaths after a raid or battle, general announcements, as well as where coronations take place. Naomi, an Alpha wolf who's parents were the Pack Alphas, stands behind the platform. Some of the Alphas spit on the Omegas as they get out of the bunker.

Lil followed them, afraid of the other Alphas. Except for Naomi who she thought was beautiful. But she made sure to do her work as usual, picking the berries in the field.

An Alpha pushes Lil forcefully and starts to yell out at her "where do you think you're going?!?! Didn't you hear us say there's announcements to be made?! Or are you trying to escape?" He spits at Lil's feet and orders her to get in front of the wooden platform and to pay attention. It isn't often that Omegas are ordered to listen to the announcements, let alone even allowed to be at the announcements. Something important must have happened, or is about to happen.

Naomi tries to hold in her tears and sad look on her face, and does so successfully. She knows what's happened, and about to happen. The announcers start to talk. "First we'll start off with normal stuff." He starts listing some boring things that are happening in town, some of them are no Omegas allowed.

Lil just held back a whimper as she listened to the mostly irrelevant to Alpha announcements.

The announcer heads on to the casualties of the raid, listing off Alphas first. There were a total of 5 Alpha casualties, 1 Beta, and 1 Omega. One of the Alphas were burned with their Omega partner in their own house, resulting in the death of the Omega. The announcer then pauses, and steps back as an elder Alpha steps up to announce the final two deaths. "I would like to inform you all that, due to the raid, we have lost two of our most cherished souls. They were brave warriors, ready to fight at a moment's notice, and they were true lovers, staying by each others' side up until the end. They had one child, a female, naturally born as an Alpha. Unfortunately, the two that I speak of today, are our Pack Alphas. They were brutally murdered, torn apart by a pack of savage humans. They did stay together though, even after the end." The announcer steps back for a moment as the crowd gasps and cries at the news. Naomi starts to climb the steps as another announcer goes up and announces a coronation of their daughter, as heir to the position, will be taking place in her mother and father.

Lil whimpered at this, that meant the Omegas would now be scrutinized by the new leader for a mate. At least she didn't have to worry as she wasn't a boy. But she felt bad for all the male Omegas that were about to get it from her.

Naomi steps up to the top of the platform, ready for her coronation, immediately looking at Lil.

Lil goes about her work, since she assumed that Naomi would go for a male partner she felt no need to attempt to go after her.

After the coronation, Naomi tries to find Lil, searching throughout the field, without letting anyone know who she's looking for.
