I found it years ago, it was based around a girl who's little siblings pulled a prank on her, exposing her diapers to her boyfriend. Only later did she learn he loved diapers too, and then they got intimate together. Anyone remember this comic?

To me it sounds like you may be talking about SketchMan's comic Soft & White. If I remember right one of the chapters in the comic they are trying to expose her, but fail she leaves her purse/bag behind and he sees her sleeping in a diaper when he tries to return it. true. but he doesnt use Omarashi anymore.
