Isabelle stood quietly outside the train station, a few of the towns residents all around her chatting to themselves. Isabelle herself was still keeping silent, glancing down to her clipboard here and there only to look back up to the train, waiting for the arrival of the town's new mayor. She had been standing outside for what had seemed like hours now, the crowd or residents slowly showing after she had herself. Though she wasent exactly complaining, today was a nice day, the weather was warm and no events other then the mayor arriving were scheduled for that day. Plus she had spent the first half of the morning laying in bed, enjoying sleeping in for the time being. She knew that it was going to end once the Mayor had arrived. Shaking her head, she looked back to the tracks, focusing on that for now.

"Next stop, Kolma!"

The conductor's voice rang clear through the train.

A young woman looked up from her newspaper as the train began to slow to a stop. She checked her scrap of paper. Yep, Kolma was the town she was supposed to be moving to.

When the train stopped, she got up and stretched her legs. Grabbing her small bag of traveling goods, she was reminded of what Rover had said about the town.

"Kolma, huh? That's an odd town to move to."

She had brushed him off. The woman then disembarked the train onto the platform of Kolma Train Station. It was rustic stone and wood structure that fit well with the small town. What she was not expecting was to be greeted by a group of Kolma's inhabitants.

The moment that the girl had stepped off the train, a crowd of voices had all rang out, welcoming their new inhabitant. Isabelle herself had rushed up to the new girl, still holding her clipboard, a rather large smile on her face. "Welcome to your new town Mayor!" She said, her tail starting to wag. "Now I know you may be tired after the train ride and all but if you will just follow me, we can get everything all filled out and get you all started!"

Sighing, she decided to follow the Shi-Tzu and hopefully get everything cleared out. As she did so, she noted that the town was well manicured and nicely kept.
