I have a big problem!

I want to add a avatar, but every time I try, it says invalid file/URL. I type the address in the right way, but it still tells me the same thing. heres the address:

Can someone tell me whats goin' on?
And also: how do you get a pic in your sig. box?

l added it for you, l assumed thats the one you wanted..

the reason it didnt work is you had to give the exact location of the image, the link you gave was to a web page and not a picture, if you had linked to it using this link "http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk63/quincytastic/cute_demyx.jpg" it would have worked.

as for the sig picture see the below example:

[IMG]http://i277.photobucket.com/albums/kk63/quincytastic/cute_demyx.jpg[/IMG*] (remove the *)

and it will come out like this

See? As you can see in my sig. box, it only shows the LINK to the pic. What did I do wrong!?!

well, I think instead of the [img][/img*] you should put. [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] I believe that's the coding they have here.

Actually it could be the ?v=0 at the end of that url, since that information is not part of the filename.

Try this:

and this:

without the * ofcource. Without the ?v=0, in the url it should work

we think your problem might be in that you need to upload the picture after saving it, that's how we always do it, let us give you steps.

1. right click on the picture and click "Save picture as", name it, then put it in a folder of choice
2. go to the signature picture; and click the white bar or the "Browse..." button, that should direct you to your pictures, and click the one you want
3. after that, click the "Upload" button, the picture won't be in your signature quite yet.
4. click "Insert picture" (or whatever it is) then you should get "[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC*] to appear, right click on the picture that is below the text box, and copy it, then paste it between the "[SIGPIC]" and the "[/SIGPIC*]"
5. that should finish it.
