Toilet paper. Lots of toilet paper. If possible, a plastic bag to make it feel more like a diaper as well.

get some towels(about 4 or so). get a trash bag and cut holes at the bottom big enough to fit ur legs through. then cut the trash bag down until it fits around ur waist. and finally, put the towels inside and viola, a homemade cloth diaper

No, don't use towels. It's disgusting and you'll ruin them, which isn't a good idea if you're still living with your parents (guessing you are, otherwise you could just buy actual diapers).
To make toilet paper diapers, just take lots of paper and fold it until it's as thick as you want it, then put it between your legs. After this, take a plastic bag and make 2 holes for your legs. Step into the bag and pull it up until the bottom is touching the toilet paper, and voila, home-made diaper. The absorbancy might not be the best, but...

or he/she doesnt want to use alot of money on diaper. towels, however, to my personal opinion, are WAY better than toilet paper/paper towels...

You'd think toilet paper would be much easier to dispose of then, you know, ruining a towel.
Also - Take off the thing to change yourself? Not that hard, you know.
