Things were normal in the Shinobi village of Konoha. Civilians were either heading to work or taking their children to school, Ninja hopefuls were attending the Academy, while the Shinobi were either on missions, or patrolling the village rooftops.

All that was interrupted by a blond girl who she had two pigs Tails for a hair style a black and orange T-shirt with a matching orange skirt she also had ocean blue eyes and at the moment she was running away screaming like her life depended on it.

Her name is Naru Uzumaki.

"I'm sorry Grandma Tsunade I didn't mean to spill your sake you know I get when kin is teaching me how to read it's so frustrating"

Yes Naru Uzumaki fifteen years old had trouble reading in fact she has lots of with lots of things but it's not her fault. You see she contain the kyuubi and because of that she had a terrible childhood.



Tsunade senju the fifth Hokage was angry but she wasn't in the beginning in the morning she woke up at 5A.M to start doing paper work and at exactly 10A.M kin and Naru came into her office like every weekend to help the blood by teaching her how to read.

Tsunade smiled watching the two interact heck she laughed when Naru was having trouble with words it was cute that was until she started having trouble with bigger words and started to get upset.

Naru waved her arms everywhere and she accidentally spilled Tsunade's sake all over her completed paperwork

Naru didn't say anything but she took a left then a right and saw a room and entered the room. Naru saw a red headed woman but that didn't stop her from hiding under the bed.

Tsunade eyes widened as she saw Naru enter a private room and she knew who it was Kushina Uzumaki. "Oh my god no" she whispered and opened the door.

Their was a damn good reason to keep Naru in the dark about Kushina being alive. After all seeing as Kushina is in a state that she may not ever wake up would be possible some empty hope that would never come true to the daughter of the child and two its unclear just what could happen if the current host of the tailed beast was to get close enough to the former host who held the beast.

Though a sudden pick up in her brain functions was registered as unnoticed to anyone really a thin trail of 9 tailed fox charka trailed from Naru to Kushina skyrocketing the Uzumaki healing trait and suddenly her eyes opened ignoring the stiffness and everything either in her or attached to her she heard someone under her bed believing some girl had got lost and scared in the hospital she with some stiffness managed to get to the side of the bed and finding her leg muscles are weak as a young childs for now. So she must have been out for quite awhile or when she got impaled by that foxs claw her uzumaki healing factor couldn't heal all the damage or maybe both. She sat on the floor and blinked when seen looked under the bed and seen who she thought was her husband being wierd'' Minato Namikaze what are you doing crossing dressing and transformed to look like a gendbent younger version of yourself ?''Kushina questioned sternally and Hinata would hear though Kushina either hadn't noticed she is in nothing but a diaper shirt or she just didn't care

Tsunade wasted no time and stepped into the room knowing Naru is scared of people she doesn't know yet. She cleared her throat to get Kushina's attention. Tsunade went up to her and placed a hand on the Diaper Kushina was wearing only to find it wet. "Kushina I'm happy to see your awake but please stop focusing on the girl and lay down please I need to change you"

Tsunade turned around and headed for the cabinet's and opened it and pulled out a large container of baby wipes and baby powder and lastly a plain adult Diaper she then headed back to Kushina side.

Tsunade then called out Naru by using her pet name kin have given her as she didn't want Kushina to know Naru's name and who she is just yet. "Whiskers please come out from under the bed Kushina won't hurt you I promise"

Naru slowly got out from under the bed. "G.. Grandma Tsunade don't ca..call me that only kin can because she's the one who gave me that name" she stuttered a bit.

Then looked at Kushina and started blushing. "H..Hello Kushina you have pretty eyes.

Kushina wasn't sure who this is but given what Tsunade was called she blinked''Wait how long was I out ? Last I recall seeing you brat you barely was 18 and that was shortly before well ''Kushina then frowned abit when she tried to determ how old Tsunade is now ''And really you couldn't have had some cute printed diapers for me whenever I awake? You know I hate plain things and love cute prints on anything''Kushina said with a immature pout at the fact she doesn't have cute diapers to wear and her arms crossed in displeasure at how thin they are too''And couldn't they be thicker diapers these are thin?''Kushina said with another pout and childish way to her.

Kushina though then smiled at the blonde she was told is named Whispers''You have much prettier ones Whiskers ones not nearly as jaded ''Kushina said as she can tell Naru has some jadedness to them but its not the same level/amount nor is it the same kind of jadeness to them''Maybe you could take me to Ichikaru's if its still around I'll pay for your food their as payment for taking me there''Kushina stated as she wants her food of the gods

Tsunade patted Naru on the head. "I'm sorry whiskers I just find your pet name cute and I'll let kin punish for earlier actions" she then looked at Kushina and rolled her eye's. "Relax these Diapers are specifically for patients which you are one at the moment so deal with it Missy and you've been in a coma for fifteen years once you check out of the hospital you can go get your own Diapers"

Tsunade started to untape Kushina's Diaper and started to change the woman into a fresh Diaper. "You remember Anko she came and visited you almost everyday Monday through Friday" Tsunade grabbed Kushina's legs and lifted her into the air and removed the wet Diaper from under Kushina.

Next Tsunade grabbed grabbed a few baby wipes and started to clean Kushina's bottom and privates and lastly she grabbed the Diaper and put it under Kushina's bottom and laid her on the soft padding. "Ok almost done" Tsunade grabbed the baby powder and poored lots of it on Kushina's privates. Then Tsunade bought the Diaper between Kushina's legs and taped it up "there we go all done"

Naru eye's widened hearing that. "Re.. Really I love Ramen and who is minato? that is wha.. what you called me earlier she started to squirm.

Which Tsunade noticed. "Whiskers what's wrong just go potty in your Diaper honey"

"I can't I'm not wearing one I ran out of them this morning right now I'm borrowing a pair of kins panties

Kushina frowned abit at the remark she recalled how even when she was just a in the academy here and on up till she was out for so long then again she had a special status and role for why she was in the leaf. But then her eyes widened at hearing how long she was out yet before her worry for what happened to her baby and if she can get custody of her baby she was distracted by Naru's question and then the clear potty dance going on.

Naru held her forehead as it hurt just a little. Ouchie" she whimpered and continued doing the potty dance. "N..No Grandma Tsunade I can't go potty in kins panties she told me not to or she won't cuddle with me tonight when it's my bed time" her legs started to shake.

"Kin was going t..to tell you this morning after she was done teaching me how to re..read better but then we'll you know the rest so please don't spank me I'll be good"

Tsunade looked at Kushina and let out a sigh "whiskers here never learned how to use the bathroom but that's not her fault that is all I can say about her"

'' So her parents was abusive to the point of not potty training her or the ones running a orphanage was abusive to the charges? Direct me to them and they will be 6 foot under or sleeping with the fishs. '' Kushina ignored her weak state to angered at what she has afealing was abuse to a child and most likely is that resulted in that matter to factor in that little detail

Naru eye's widened in fear as she never felt so much killing intent she started tear up as her subconsciously released it self and a puddle was forming under her. "Kin going to be mad at me no..now which means she won't cuddle with me" "THIS SUCKS!!" She stomped her feet.

Tsunade looked at Kushina again. "Kushina calm down now you just woke up she flicked Kushina's head this time also do you feel strong enough to walk and stand because I just changed you so i want to ask can you clean up whiskers for me?"

Kushina rubbed her head but when she seen how scared Naru was she forced her Killing intent back and after some shakey walking she crouched down and brought Naru's face right between her boobs ''Oh I'm sorry little one I scared you. ''As she tried to calm Naru down she agreed to change the younger blonde and pointed said blonde to the bed

Tsunade couldn't help a slight smile at Kushinas reaction'' Now I know you just woke up but it may help you to care for someone which Whiskers babysitters had recently got some responsibility's preventing them from doing it and I need to do some major work ,so can you care for Whiskers for now?''Tsunade questioned and getting a affirmative was satisfied
