The Antarctic ice shelf, long thought to be devoid of any civilization, was the site of the most influential discovery in the history of Humanity: signs of a reptilian civilization that appeared to be that of the dinosaurs. Archeological digs uncovered a wealth of artifacts and documents but no remains.

All that changed when an expedition found entire city of these dinosaurs. It was thought to be a tomb, but further excavations revealed it to be a suspended animation chamber.

The unearthing of this chamber automatically brought the dinosaurs out of stasis. In the following few years, the dinosaurs were found to be fully sapient with technology similar to that of Humans. As a result, they were given full Human rights. Most of them were small theropods, Gallimimus, Compsognathus and other smaller dinosaurs. There was also evidence of ranching dwarf herbivores such as Triceratops and Apatosaurus for food.

Unfortunately for the Pangaeans, the long period of time they had spent in stasis damaged their DNA, meaning that they and all their descendants would be forever incontinent.

Owen Dearing let out a sigh as he tossed his bookbag onto the floor and flopped onto the couch. He was just one of the many students at Ostrom University. Named after the famous paleontologist John Ostrom, it was originally a school known for its geology and paleontology program. But now, with the Pangaeans arriving, it had tried to reinvent itself — with considerable success — as a school that also dedicated itself to Pangaean history and botany.

He went to the refrigerator and got himself a can of soda. He popped open the can and sat on the couch as he waited for his roommate to come home.

Abby Cooper was a great student and scream at her home when she saw she got accepted to Ostrom University and exited that she get to study and research with real dinosaurs and so she packed up yesterday and said goodbye to her friends and parents and drive to the university in her blue Jeep and arrives at Ostrom University for 5 hours and parks and take what she can carry and look at her paper to where she is staying and saw she has a roommate and walk up a few set of stairs and saw she and her roommate were on the third floor and nocks on her door and met her roommate and has been a few months since and was working on her history and botany degree.

She return from her study and open there door. "Man that was a pain but was entirely worth it" Abby said and open the fridge and drink a water bottle and saw Owen on the couch. "So what happened to you?" She asked him.

"Just got back from my geology class," Owen said as he took a sip from the bottle of water.

He looked at his Pangaean roommate as he tried not to notice her diaper. He knew about the incontinence of Pangaeans but he still found it a bit odd to see someone his age openly wearing a diaper.

"Anyways," he continued. "What do you feel like doing?"

"Hmm we could walk around and find something fun to do?" Abby said and walk over to sit down with a bit of crinkle and squish of her damp diaper and drink a bit more from her water.
"I mean it is 80 outside."

Owen placed his arm around the feathered body of the Utahraptor. Thanks to her polar bear-sized body, everything had been reinforced and tailored to accomodate large Pangaeans.

He glanced at her slighty puffy diaper. "How about a diaper change and lunch?" Owen playfully squeezed Abby's wet diaper. "I know this place that serves Apatosaurus burgers."

Owen drained the rest of his water bottle.

Sounds like a plan and delicious" Abby said and smile at him and moves his arm away and get up walk over to the changing table they had in there room and look back at him and smirks and lay down on it and made sure her tail wasn't in the way. And just smile always like getting a change.

Owen chuckled as he gently booped Abby's muzzle. He reached under the changing table and got out the supplies.

"Well Abby," he said as he undid the tapes on the Utahraptor's wet diaper, releasing the faint whiff of urine and baby powder into the room. "What diaper do you want to wear?"

He grabbed some wipes and began cleaning Abby's cloaca and rump, taking care to get her feathers as clean as possible.

I'm thinking of maybe disposable but with extra thick ones." "You know the ones that have like a safari pattern on them"

Abby said and chuckled as her muzzle was booped. And sneezed.

"Thanks for being careful with my feathers and I'm sorry if they are in the way of the change."

"It's fine." Owen sprinkled powder onto Abby's rump and gently rubbed it into her feathers.

He got out a rather thick disposable diaper with a cute, yet mature leopard spot pattern on it. Owen slid it under the Utahraptor's rump and pulled the front of the diaper over her crotch as he did up the front four tapes. "Abby," he said, "I'm going to clean up, can you do the last tape for your tail?"

The Human rolled up the wet diaper with the wipes inside and placed the whole bundle into a sealed recycling bin specially made for diapers. Thanks to the influx of a diaper-dependent population, ways had to be found to mitigate the environmental impact of diapers. The chief among them was automated washing, reprocessing, recycling and remanufacture of used disposable diapers.

Sure" she nods and reach back at the tape for her tail and tape it up and get off the changing table and look over her self and like it when it snug and walk over to there door to leave there room.

"You ready Owen?"

She calls out waiting for him at the door. And is feeling hungry for those burgers now.
