The birds were singing, the sun was shining and forest animals were frolicking. A typical morning in the valley surrounding the Son household. Things were calm, serene and happy. That is, until a two year Goten needed his morning diaper change.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH" The wailing echoed through the valley, silencing the birds and scaring away any forest creatures. This had been how every morning had begun, for at least the past two weeks now. Goten had hit a rough patch of throwing tantrums, much to Chi Chi's distaste. Her first, child Gohan, had been so well behaved. But then again, she had Goku around to help out back then. Now it was just her, trying to wrangle the half-saiyan toddler. Gohan helped out where he could, but it was still too much for Chi Chi. She wished Goten would just settle down, but at this point there was no sign of the tantrums ending. At this point, she was willing to try anything.

Currently, Goten was laid on the changing table in his nursery, squirming and flailing as Chi Chi desperately tried to remove his soggy diaper. "NO WANNA DIAPEEEEEE." He wailed, making it as hard as possible for Chi Chi. She grunted, trying to hold the boy's legs down "You have to wear them Goten. Please settle down for mommy." She said, her words falling on deaf ears. She had been thinking about trying to get Goten potty trained, but at this rate, it wasn't going to happen.

Gohan had been sleeping due to doing homework and studying late last night when he was woken up to goten's crying. Gohan had been enjoying the peace in the world after he had killed cell. Gohan groaned as he slowly got up out of bed and stretched. He the began to walk to goten's nursery to see what was going on

"Mom what's going on?" Gohan asked after he entered the nursery and saw that goten was was throwing another tantrum and was struggling against chi chi

Chi Chi let out a sigh of relief as she saw Gohan come into the nursery. She didn't have Gohan change diapers by himself, but he could at least help restrain Goten. When she had the time, she'd have to teach him. If she ever got any free time that was. As well as looking after Goten she still had to cook and clean for the three as well. At least with Gohan on holidays, he could help out more. He still had to study though. She couldn't let Gohan get behind in his studies.

"Gohan." She said relieved, raising her voice to be heard over Goten's wailing. "Can you come and hold Goten still for me. He needs a diaper change."

Goten meanwhile continued wailing, not even noticing Gohan enter the room. He eyes were screwed shut, tears streaming down his face as he continued to struggle against his mother. He didn't know why he was so upset all the time, being only 2. Everything always frustrated him. His infantile mind didn't understand why things had to be this way, and why Gohan was treated differently from his. It was all so unfair. And so he continued struggling and wailing on the changing table, not having any other solution.

"Oh um ok mom....." Gohan said with a yawn as he walked over to goten and gently held him down and said "hey buddy it's your big brother it's ok we will have happy and clean soon" gohan said as he gently held goten's legs down

Chi Chi gave him a tired smile, as Gohan moved around, holding Goten's flailing legs down, so that Chi Chi could change him. Goten's attitude improved a little but he continued crying. "Gohaaaaaaan...." He whined, pounding his little fists on the changing table. Goten usually adored his older brother but he was in a poor mood at the moment.

Meanwhile Chi Chi began untaping Goten's diaper, wiping him down with baby wipes. This caused more tears to flow from Goten's eyes, not liking the feeling of being changed. "Goten, please settle down. This'll be over soon." She turned to Gohan now. "Could you lift his legs for me?" She asked.

"It's ok goten after we are done you can go play ok? Just be happy little bro" gohan said smiling "oh ok mom" gohan said and lifted goten's legs up in the air for chi chi hoping goten would calm down

Goten sniffled a little, definitely far more calm now, but still squirming a little. It was fortunate Chi Chi was such a talented fighter, as even the toddler half-saiyan would be able to over power her, were she a normal human. "Play time?" Goten said, before continuing to babble and whine a little to himself.

Chi Chi meanwhile deftly changed Goten's diaper, quickly powdering her son and taping up the new diaper, with the hands of an experienced mother. "A little play time but then breakfast." She said, hoping that Goten wouldn't get too upset with this. "Thank you Gohan." She said. "Would you mind getting him dressed while I make breakfast?" She asked, a slight pleading look in here eyes. Dealing with Goten in the morning always stressed her out and any time away from the toddler was an opportunity to relax.

(Just want to check. Are you cool with breastfeeding? Probably not soon, but once Gohan is being treated the same as Goten, it could be a fun angle. Just an idea.)

"Ok mom!" Gohan said as he picked up goten and grabbed a onesie for goten to wear and started to get goten dressed into the onesie. The onesie gohan had picked out was sky blue.

Goten continued to squirm a little, whining a little as he was picked up by his older brother. He did allow Gohan to dress him but he was still very fussy. "Wanna wear Gohan clothes!" He complained. This was a common way of Goten complaining. Goten always wanted to be treated the same as Gohan, a very basic form of jealousy, perhaps. "No fair." He mumbled, fully dressed now.

Meanwhile Chi Chi was busy making breakfast in the kitchen. Just a simple meal of oatmeal with some fruit, and a bottle for Goten. Seemingly simple but with the amount her children ate, no meal was simple.

"Maybe when your abit older ok buddy?" Gohan said as he dressed goten in the onesie "ok let's go to the living room so you can play for abit" Gohan said smiling as he pick goten up and started to carry him to the living room. Once they had entered the living room Gohan placed goten in the playpen there.
