A Brother’s Confession (private)

[Chibi Tom]

7 year old Tom, known by close friends and family as Tommy, had just moved in with his older brother. He really didn’t understand what his job was, but he made a lot and didn’t have to leave home much. His parents got divorced, that nice guy in the suit said it was because they were something he called drug addicts.

Apparently neither could take care of him, so his big brother would be. He didn’t think this was a good time to do this, but he needed to tell his brother something very mportant.

Tim was sitting in his office writing away in a notebook. Tommy had been living with him a few days now and Tim could tell that Tommy wanted to tell him something. He didn’t want to force him to tell him though. It could be anything from their parents neglecting him or him being raped

While there was some neglect and abuse at home, there was absolutely no sexual assault of any kind. Tommy walked into his brother’s office, feeling just a little intimidated. “Tim, I wanna tell you something.” He began nervously, unable to make eye contact. He summoned his courage, then looked his brother in the eye. “I wanna be a baby again.” He admitted with a great amount of nervousness. He didn’t know how his brother would react to such a thing. Would he kick him out, not wanting a stupid baby for a little brother?

Tim clicked his pen shut and stopped writing and sat it down. He then turned the face Tommy
“Please repeat that Tommy.” Tim said wanting to make sure he heard him right

“I-I wanna be a baby again.” He repeated, his fear evident. To him being a baby would mean
going back to a happier time. “You probably don’t wanna take care of a big dumb baby. I’ll just go...” he said glumly, turning away so his brother wouldn’t see him cry. Mommy and daddy always got angry when he cried.

As Tommy turn Timmy pulled him up to his lap and hugged him tightly
“Why would you think I wouldn’t want to take care of you?” Tim asked hugging him tightly, on the verge of tears himself that his brother, first off, was so brave to tell him such a thing and secondly that he wouldn’t want to take care of him, “You’re my baby brother and I’ll always be here for you goofball.”

He flinched as Tim pulled him into his lap. He was expecting a spanking that’s how his parents usually punished him, so he was very surprised when he got a hug instead. He was moved to tears when he heard his brother’s words. “You promise?” He asked, trying to sniff back his tears. “You’ll take care of me?” By that, he meant that his brother wouldn’t mind babying him.

“I promise to ALWAYS take care of you.” Tim promised tears streaming down his face noting letting go of Tommy

Tommy cried tears of joy at the promise. He cried on his brother’s shoulder for a few more minutes. Then he just lied there as his sobs came to a close. “What now?” He asked, not sure how to proceed with this. He didn’t know what their first step should be.

“Um well.” Tim said wiping his nose, “I guess we need to get you some stuff. I think it’d be best to ease into this though. So let’s start with some simple steps. I’m going to bath you from now on, maybe you’ll wear pull-up and eat in a high chair. Sound good?”
