(MC=My Character. YC=Your Character.)
YC has been living in the same house in the same town for all their life. In all that time, no one had ever lived in the house across the street. One day workers began repairing and renovating the run down old house. A few months later a family was moving in.
From what YOur mom told you, the kid of the new family was the same age as you and would be going to the same school as you when school begins. Your mom said you should go and meet the kid. And that you will.
(Now, either your character, or my character will be diapered. Or both our characters could be diapered. Your character could be convinced by my character to try diapers, or begins having accidents and have to wear diapers. These same choices could be used on my character. Ages for our characters can range from Kid to teen. If teens there can be romance. No 18+. MxM And MxF allowed.)
