Is the '1440' a glitch...? Because that seems like a very big number... .__.;;

1440 minutes is 24 hours.

Since you're a Probationary User, you can only send 3 PMs a day.

once your out of the probationary group the restriction is removed, annoying as it is we had one or two spammers posing as the staff in the past sending viruses posing as virus programs.. the limit was introduced to limit damage and make it harder should it happen again.
