Dakota's New Job (Private )

Dakota Smith, age 19, was going up the elevator to have an interview in the office. What is unusual was that she was to meet the CEO instead of Human Resources where she figured the interview would be. Although odd the brunette didn't find that suspicious. The woman adjusted her glasses and inspected her red shirt, black skirt, and black boots to make sure everything is tidy before the elevator finally arrived at the top floor.

The CEO, a woman by the name Erica Williams, who was surprisingly young to be so high up the corperate ladder at only twenty-six, sat at her desk, waiting. She wore a dark blue and black suit and matching high-heeled shoes. Her red hair was neatly tied in a ponytail.

A secretary stopped Dakota before buzzing Erica. "Miss Williams, your interviewee has arrived."

"Send her in." Erica replied before the secretary opened the door and let the young woman in.

Dakota stopped by the secretary's office and told the woman she was here for the interview. Seconds later she was given clearance to enter the office and the brunette stepped inside. "Uh, hi," Dakota said, "My name is Dakota and...I am here for the interview." The woman walked further into the office and looked at the red-haired woman. Right away Erica could see how big Dakota's bust was.

"Please, come in. Have a seat." Erica said as Dakota introduced herself. "I'm Erica Williams. Now, the reason you're having this interview with me is for a very special position." she informed the prospective employee. When she noticed how big Dakota's bust was, part of her was jealous, her own chest barely a b-cup, if that.

"A special interview?" Dakota asked, coming over to a chair and sitting right now. The woman was extra confused. She was just joining the company in hopes of being a basic programmer. "This is the first time I have heard of this," the brunette added.

"The truth is, I'd love to hire you for a...special job. I'm going to be blunt about it. I want you to be my baby girl." Erica told Dakota, not having a good lead-in to what led them to this interview, so she decided to just go for it.

Dakota just blinked at the request, tilting her head in confusion as she just stared at Erica. "Excuse me?" she asked, "I think I just heard you say that you wanted me to be your baby girl. Is that correct?"

Erica nodded, her face paling as she realized what she had said and how odd she must seem now. "I said exactly that. I'm sure you think I'm crazy, and I probably am, but I'd be willing to discuss this rationally if you are too." she said, doing her best to keep her composure.

Dakota did agree on the crazy part but she wanted to at least hear this woman out. Perhaps it isn't as odd as it sounded. "Well, I would be willing to negotiate on this," Dakota allowed, not wanting to look like a jerk and just walking out of the office because of Erika's request.

"Alright, I suppose I should start by stating my expectations; firstly you will wear diapers and wear baby clothes, such as onesies. If you agree to the job, I will let you decide the colors, patterns or whatever details you desire. Secondly, and this is probably where I'll lose you...but I expect you to use your diapers as intended and you will ask me for changing. Thirdly, I will also feed and bathe you and I will have a nursery set up with a crib for you as well. I intend for you to also drink from bottles and sit in a high chair while eating." Erica told Dakota, outlining her desired outcome.

"Now, this is what I would like to see, but I'll hear you out if you have any disagreements or alterations so far." Despite how serious she seemed to be taking this, it looked like she earnestly intended to reach an agreeable outcome for both parties.
