(Copy of sample text from my partner): Upon Zuko’s taking the throne, Azula and her father were both locked up in prison, his father in the palace dungeon and Azula in the Boiling Rock. Much became permitted that had been outlawed by Azulon and Ozai, including a brand new market that was testing the waters having left Ba Sing Se for the Fire capital. That market was youth and teen diapers, since diapers had been used to humiliate young earth benders the market disappeared in the earth kingdom capital only to surface in the fire nation’s capital city. To Zuko, this presented an opportunity, and with the surrenders of Ty Lee and his childhood crush Mai, he figured the best way to serve justice was to heal his sister, but before he got the chance to retrieve her, his mother showed up.

Lady Ursa was making her way to the cell where her daughter was being held. It had been far too long since she'd seen either of her children. Of course, her intention was to surprise Zuko by coming back with Azula in her arms, two prizes in one. In the cell, Azula looked was chained to the wall, her hair matted and dirty, her face one of complete resignation. She suddenly looked up. "Oh, it's you," she said quite angrily.

“How far the mighty have fallen, you used to be such a beautiful and sweet little girl” Ursa says as guard open Azula’s cell for the lady to enter. “I see prison food is treating you well?” She asked Azula. “But never mind that, I am here to give you a choice, you can come home with me today to be healed and undergo rehabilitation, or you can stay here and continue to rot in this prison until some guard decides to rape you” she says.

Azula looked at her mother, the woman she knew deep inside thought of her as a monster. It was almost unthinkable that Ursa was here in her life, right now, claiming rehabilitation. But going back home was obviously much better then staying here. "Fine. I'll do anything to get out of this wretched place."

Ursa smiled “I will be back then, but once you are home, a lot is going to chance very quickly for you sweet heart” she says with a smile and leaves the cell to have custody of her daughter given to her.
(Meanwhile, back at the fire palace)
Zuko was touring the palace with his closest advisers and friends Toph and Katara, and he paused when he came to his sisters room, “I don’t want to hurt Azula, but I can’t simply sweep her actions under the rug. So I want your advice girls, I was planning on transforming her room into a nursery so that I could get my old sister back, but what should I do with Mai or Ty Lee, sure they were deceived, but I can’t let them off easily without looking like it being favoritism” he says.

The paperwork to have Azula released was processed in fairly little time, so within an hour, she was brought forward to her mother.

Katara smiled a little. "Well, I would do this with the nursery: just place sliding bars on Azula's bed is enough to make it a crib. Bring in some toys and a changing table, and some new clothes will work wonders. As for Mai and Ty Lee, I think they should be babied too, but not to the point where they don't have control over what they can do with their lives." Toph nodded. "Basically, they'll wear diapers too, but they can walk and move and do things freely without someone else's permission. And you could certainly get practice for parenthood with Mai," she said, winking one of her milky eyes.

Guards released Azula from her restraints, but because of the formality, she was kept handcuffed until she was off the island fortress that was the boiling rock prison. Though moving her wasn’t much issue. She had lost considerable weight while being in their “care” and so only weighed half as much as she had when she had come in.

“Toph, Katara, can I trust you two to oversee their own rehabilitation while I oversee my sisters?” He asked, I know the girls won’t say no to the leniency, but they have each other to help and with great role models, and please tell them this is their second chance” he asks.

Azula was soon over at Ursa's side, off the prison, and the guards undid her restraints. She sighed a bit and looked over at her mother. "Well, I hope the trip back home won't be too long for us."

Katara beamed brightly. "Of course, Zuko, I'd be happy to help." Toph just grinned. "Eh, I've got nothing better to do anyways."

“Just rest dear, you will not like the healing treatment, and you will get some weight back, as eh picked up her daughter “and a bath” she comments.

“I hate to ask you Toph since I know how you feel about diapers given your experiences with them and Ba Sing Se” Zuko added.

Azula nodded and settled in as they began their journey home. She settled over, leaning as far away from Ursa as possible as she settled in to try and sleep.

"Well, I know from my own experience what types are considered the best, especially since my parents definitely went all out in their smothering of me," Toph replied.

Ursa was happy to be away from that prison, she had seen the records on both of her children now, the one on Zuko, and the one on Azula, and she quietly read through them on the ride back to the palace.

“For now, I’d like your help in getting this place set up for the girls return to diapers” Zuko requested, “and what diapers do you recommend Katara, it doesn’t have to be personal experience” he said carefully avoiding saying it directly.
