Kari frowned as despite her age she stomped off to school .. All because her mother had to yet again force her the first day off school to wear diapers and take extras with her . Sure she gets its for the best given her weak immune system and how somethings react to her when she eats them .. But she is sure she doesn't need them the first day at the very least .. Still she has to admit she loves the prints and she can tell her mother had to go out of her way to get the diaper prints being those of the Crest of light . So while she didn't want to she caved both for not wanting to be late and her mother did go the extra effort and likily paid extra for special prints .. Granted she does have her digivice with her as usual sense her adventures with Gatomon

Yet as she seen Yolie who she has babysat one and off sense Kari was old enough to babysit someone waved at her and smiled '' Hey Yolie you are going to this school to? Well I guess this works for you .. No need for trips to the nurses office . right?'' Kari was trying to be tactful and discreet on offering to handle changing the girl as needed

Yolei smiled as she headed off to school, eager to start a new year and make some new friends. Most girls her age would be extremely bothered by the fact she needs diapers, but Yolei didn't mind. The way she saw it, diapers had their own advantages. For one thing, they could provide a cushion for when she sat down, and Yolei's parents always got the cutest designs, like the bright pink diaper with birds on the front. The diapers also helped her bond with her parents more. They were very caring and attentive of their daughter, no matter how many dirty diapers she made.

On her way to school, Yolei saw her former babysitter Kari. "Hi Kari!" She said happily. "How are you?" She asked.

''Its the first day of this school year so not the best'' Kari while being cheerful did have the classic going back to school negative undercut to her voice'' But hey its better this year as I can introduce you to me friends.. they'll like you '' Kari knows that most still find it odd most of her friends are older then her with one her age . But she doesn't care as she is sure her group of friends are the closest they can be for the things they all had to endure to not just live but save two worlds and face off against strange creatures even befriending some of them. Plus if needed again it'd not do to have to keep making excuses to friends .. Granted herself and the rest of the group still aren't sure why it seems most people don't recall the madness that went on when the digimon entered the real world and they got involved .. Possibly just not wanting to admit it or like Izzy theorized do to what digimon are maybe was able to wipe the truth from most peoples heads .. though with all the different abilities digimon have its possible even some ability was used to make them forget

''By the way has anything odd been happening to you or others you know lately?'' Kari asked as she recalled something about the chosen Digidestined tend to be a generational thing and given he said something about more threats to the digital world are going to pop up with the last foes defeated Kari was assuming maybe Yolie could be one or know some who are .. Plus Kari herself has been noticing things that seem to be signs the Digital worlds balance is yet again out of whack given what she has noticed is similar to the other times such happened .

Yolei smiled at the prospect of meeting Kari's friends. "That sounds like fun. I'd be glad to meet them. What are they like anyway?" She asked curiously as she and Kari started walking to school together.

"What exactly do you mean by 'odd'?" Yolei asked. She really wasn't sure what Kari meant. "Has something been going on that I don't know about?"

Anyway me and him are the youngest of our friends '' Kari offered on the matter as they entered the school grounds .. though she caught sight of a kid in googles and wearing a jacket letting her smile abit more at the goggle matter then anything as well Tai hasn't worn googles for awhile

'' And um its hard to explain you'd know what I mean if you seen it.. '' Kari knew most would think she is crazy or just has a over active imagination

"You don't think they'll judge me because of... you know?" Yolei asked. She knew others judged her because of her diapers, and she was a little worried Kari's friends would be the same way.

"He looks nice." Yolei said after Kari pointed who T.K. was.

''No they won't .. at worst be protective of you but that's it '' Kari offered as she smiled abit at the mention of T.K as she has had some feelings for him grow '' Yeah but Matt. thats his older brother still doesn't want his little brother around girls thats not part of the circle of friends or a sibling of his the friends '' Kari offered though for her it works out do to the growing feelings and also that Tai is similar to her but not as bad as Matt is .

'' By the way do you like computers?'' Kari asked as she like the rest of the gang kinda got into computers after their digital adventure , plus Izzy had always been but he got way more into them after it .'' The would beyond the screen is amazing '' Kari phrased it that way so it can be viewed as in a way a gamer or just a computer lover would say .. but for her its do to the digital world

Yolei sighed a little in relief. "Thank goodness." She replied. "I'm glad to hear it. As for computers? I am fairly interested in them. I'm actually thinking of joining the computer club this year." Yolei added.

''You'll meet most that way then '' Kari offered on that matter unknowing that Yolie will have little to no choice soon when Yolie will get her own digivice today and how the digigate will be more reliable at school .'' So do you need anything before school starts?'' Kari asked for both anything in general and also if Yolie does need her to aviod the nurse

"Well, I was just going to drop some of my diapers off at the nurse's office for when I need a change." Yolei replied. She really wasn't sure about the nurse. The last school she was at, the nurse there was very judgmental about her diapers.
