Gwen had been a rather average high school drop out, well I guess being a high school drop out wasn't really an average thing, seeing as all her friends had moved on to college out of state. Well she didn't have many friends to begin with so she wasn't all to bummed, though it still hurt a bit to be left behind like that. Anyways she tried to cheer herself up by going to her local comic book shop, strangely when she entered the shop owner wasn't there....weird but she just kept at it walking down the isles of the shop before seeing that nothing caught her eye. She let out a sigh before saying "Urgh why is it so empty here today? How am I suppose to get quirky recommendations without people around" She said with a slight feet stomp. She then saw a stack of boxes labeled "New Shipment", no one was around so no one would mind if she just took a look at what new comics were coming in stock. She walked up to the tower and tippytoed up to try and get the top box. It read "X-Men Issue-" but before she had the chance to finfinish reading the box label...the whole box tower fell on her! The brown taped up boxes burried her. "Urgh! Errr if someone was actually around to be a bit useful, maybe I wouldn't have been buried in this sea of boxes-" Gwen said as she came out from the pile of boxes...though strangely enough she was in a completely different location, heck the boxes looked different too, almost like she was transported to another location! "Huh...what kind of secret wars nonsense is this!" Gwen said out loud, looking around at the rather radical and beat down room

Though unknown to Gwen she had stumbled upon some link to the Marvel universe or tear in the fabric of the veil of reality before it crossed leading her to the situation she is in a 'hide-away' for one Mutant that hasn't had much luck in her lot in life but she hasn't let any of it get her that down... She has made the best of it as she had ended up finding her a place to do what she'd wish to deal with... Granted its a good thing Gwen doesn't have a threatening aura as this mutant girl is rather skilled in not just her power but hand to hand combat for a variety of reasons …. Though if Gwen is familiar with atleast the 90's cartoon intro of the X-men it'd be easy to recognize this mutant girl as Jubilee who came in with another box within minutes...True she is older then in the cartoon but her look is mostly the same. Though she after letting the box drop from finding someone in her 'hide-away' looked at who was in her place and frowned as she got ready for a conflict by getting in a fighting stance encase this other female has any nefarious motive .''What are you doing here?''

Gwen looked around before seeing the other girl standing right in front of her, she then jumped back a bit and waved her hands out at her saying "Woah woah woah, I didn't mean no harm, I just was looking around for some comics to read, then I ended up in this silent hills reject level" Gwen said before taking a better look of the girl, runnning hery eyes up and down the girl, of course this could be seen as Gwen Checking Jubilee out but it was rather her genuine curiosity as she found Jubilee's outfit rather interesting. "But what about you? What are you doing in the back of a comic book store looking fresh from the 90s? Did I miss dork fest or something?" Gwen said with a snicker but really she had no room to judge seeing as she was a comic book nerd at heart. She then stood up and got a closer look at Jubilee's chest, walking a bit around the girl before saying "Huh, now that I take a second look, you look like some X-Geek from downtown, are you doing like a X-Men LARP at central park?" She said as she clearly didn't understand her current circumstances

Jubilee frowned she may be a gamer to a degree but she can't really place that game brought up then again when you are in the situation she is in...you wouldn't always recall games by name or the like granted she can tell its likely a insult of some kind even if she never played such a game ''I'll have you know I just recently bought this place and have been fixing it up '' Now coming what Jubilee misunderstood as being checked out she let it happen for now as she rarely has anyone checking her out honestly nor liking her when they aren't mutants...So she was enjoying it

Girl are you in the wrong place this is my hide-way '' Jubilee wasn't going to question why Gwen thinks that honestly as she is more focused on the fact Gwen seems to be either time displaced or from a reality that's further along in the timescale from her talk of the 90's … Well in truth this reality had been reset sometime but very few would know that fact''This is the 90's '' Jubilee remarked talking in a serious manner as she trys to determine why this person before her is assuming people would LARP as a mutant let alone her ''What year are you from? Whats the earth like? Is Superman real in your reality?'' Jubilee asked assuming maybe Gwen is from what she had dubbed as the ' DC multiverse'' where her Multiverse is called the 'Marvel Multiverse' though Jubilee did remove her glove and demonstrated her main mutant ability via letting some plasmoid float in her hand before sending it at random piece of trash

Gwen nearly fainted as all this info just rushed towards her. "The 90s..nonononono" she reapeated as she ran some fingers through her hair, bitting her nails in anxiety, her eyes raced as she looked around and did infact find your stereotypical 90s BoomBox, Arcade Machine, and the worst 90s thing...a Fanny pack on the ground! Gwen looked in shock as she then began to rant "I can't be in the 90s! God all you guys have is Weird Neon Shoes, Dial up Internet, and Y2K" Gwen said before turning and looking at Jubilee "Wait you know about superman? Wait you know about dimensional travel!" Gwen said before shaking Jubilee looking for answers "Help me get home before I-" she then saw Jubilee demonstrate her powers and backed off. She looked like she was about to break into a panic attack after seeing something like that, but after a few minutes of Gwen taking some deep breathes she explained her backstory along with what she was up to before she ended up in this world

''Um Yeah its kinda common for my life ?'' Jubilee couldn't help but be at a loss for someone panicing from being in the past apparently though she felt very insulted that Gwen felt the need to bring up that Doomsday Y2K crude as only a select few nutjobs truly believe in all the worlds computers malfunctioning and ending civilization … After all its easy to tell tech used against the X-Men won't stop working after 1999 let alone the fact people have traveled to the past from way after 2000 '' Oh boy someone from that kind of reality '' Jubilee had to remark as she never liked the thought of dealing with people from a place void of Superpowered people or other stuff like that'' Well I can't leave you alone '' Jubilee bit her lip trying to think of what to do for Gwen'' You can stay here for now I suppose but my place..My rules...'' Jubilee already had plans for Gwen forming in her head

Gwen was about to explain herself some more but as soon as she heard "You can stay" she just went up and shook Jubilee's hand tenfold "Thank you, thank you, Thaaank you!" She saud before completely disregarding the rules bit "Anyways I don't think I properly introduced myself, the names Gwendolyn Poole, but my friends call me Gwen..at least they did before they moved..." She said with a bit of sorrow in her voice, she did miss her friends but none of that mattered cause she was in the kickin' 90s "you're Scream right? No wait, ket me guess a Storm redesign?" Gwen questioned as she genuinely didn't know what X-Men she was looking at, but she new she was an X-Men for sure I mean all that yellow was straight give away. "Wait your not part vampire are you? Gosh I bet I'll be seeing a ton of 90s comic retcons while I crash here" Gwen said as she couldn't wait to see all the 90s cheese in person, especially all the mech suits heroes were known for getting for 1 issue

Jubilee ended up feeling like a jackhammer or something given how her arm was being shook so quickly''Oh come on now I'm not a Goddess like Storm'' Jubilee knows Storm atleast is known as a Goddess by a group of people others she is known as a weather witch she just isn't sure which is more right... But Storm is more caring then any witch could be in real life.''I'm Jubilation Lee But Please call me Jubilee… I'm the most powerful of X-men'' Granted this can be misunderstood as being cocky or having a massive ego but, that's what she has been told if she can get over her fear of hurting others with her powers that is she'd be one of the most powerful mutants if not most powerful in general known... She still has her doubts though on that.

No I am not '' Jubilee has to wonder where Gwen got that thought from .''Cut the comic talk you don't want seen as insane do you?''Jubilee advise as she started shifting through some boxs for somethings she had swiped from bad guys and cloth she had bought for other reasons to try finding a look for Gwen at the moment''We should call you Gwenpool short and simple ''

Gwen then moved a bit out of Jubiler's way and said "Uhh we talking Mohawk Storm? Golly I got to get with the 90s, well anyways you seem to be a knowledgeabe X-Chum, care to give me a tour of the 90s? I would totally try and throw out ideas to see where exactly in the 90s I am, but I don't want to accidentally say something in pre-SJW Marvel" Gwen joked before going up and shaking Jubilee's hand "Nice ta meet yah Juby, Jubster, Jub Jub" Gwen said in a horrible skater accent, even throwing in a few finger guns. She sure was out of place in the 90s as really most stereotypes from the 9ps were true but just over exaggerated. When Jubilee said she was one of the most powerful mutants Gwen just looked around and said "Yup, and why are you livin in a dump like this...well I guess Wolverine is super strong, and he's basically a Canadian hobo...you guys know he's Canadian right? Or do you guys still not know his origins? Sorry 90s just are a black void for me in terms of comicbook knowledge" Gwen said as she looked around

Gwen of course liked the sound of Gwenpool, not even seeing any connection with the 'Deadpool' name. "Catchy, I like it...now as for the costume...oh!" She said as she grabbed what looked like a Deadpool outfit dyed pink "what about this! Nice, pink, double sheafs for katakanas" Gwen said as she read the name tag on it "Property of Wade...Whatever the last name is, hey there's even a small note" she said as she then read it "Careful, do not mix with bleach...guess that explains the pink color" Gwen said as she looked at the Pink and white outfit, it was pretty tattered but it would do...the pants were torn to pieces though..

Last I seen her anyway''Jubilee isn't sure what happened to Storm but all she knows is some fate befell her and heard she has been in some program to fix her but she still is off ''Sure not like I'm locking you up here .. and you sound like one of those older lame brains that are like Hello fellow kids so we need to get you with the times'' Jubilee stated feeling like Gwen is going to be a pain in the neck like some of her regular baseline human friends she has made that get extremely stupid and get her in trouble from having hung out with them from the fools going overboard.

Jubilee asked that before shaking her head feeling like she doesn't even wanna know as it sounds like something sorta like a bad form of hippies to her mind for some reason , heck she feels like the term might even be one of the new stages of something viewed as a Marxist ideology that either way she'd not want any part of be it true or not '' Nevermind I don't think I wanna know as for the dump comment I'm fixing this place up... And Wolvie is Canadian ? Well I suppose that explains why he was in Canada other then his Weapon X days '' Jubilee remarked as that bit was hard to not miss given even back then no one was sure in that program who he was or came from..granted Gwen might atleast know Wolverine or Logan has a soft-spot for kids and only let afew people call him anything other then his code name or real name either ..Regardless Gwen seemed to Jubilee more like a kid and that fits her plans for this person now ..

Jubilee questioned as she hadn't recalled that suit while she grabbed a clothing needle with plans now to salvage the damaged costume and repaired other sectors of it that aren't the pants and she knows just how to get Gwen eased into her plan to have someone other then her be seen as the fool or baby of the Hero and Heroine community in this case make it look like a long sleeved Pink and white Onsie with room for padding in the design that can easily be excused away ... Granted this skill most X-Men actually learn if not before or during their days as a X-student then on the job... In Jubilees case it was before ''Humm we'll either need to get you some katakanas just for you or use some I took from some crazy thugs in the meantime '' Jubilee meantioned as she worked to repair the costume '' Feel free to listen to music or play the arcade cabinets as I fix this for you''
