Chris ran as fast as he could into the forest, with tears flowing from his eyes and not looking back at the way he came for fear that his mother or father would be after him and hurt him again. As soon as the 18 year old thought he was safe from harm, he stopped to take a breather. He sat down on an tree stump, sniffling and silently sobbing, and he wished to have a family that didn't hit him, constantly insult or belittle him, that didn't allow their own son leave on his pokemon journey, or even constantly drove away any friends he's had, both human and pokemon. He silently cried to himself, his face buried in his hands as he wished to know what it was like to be in a normal, loving family.

Female delphox wandered around forest, gathering some fresh berries. It was good day for her so she just decide to take up ocassion and get something to eat. She enjoyed peaceful life in her small house in the middle of forest. But then she perked, hearing some crying. She decided to check it out. She was really surprised to see human boy here. What was he doing in forest all alone? She decided to walk closer and soothe that poor child

Chris was too emotional to notice the approaching Delphox. He shook and sniffled as he let out his pain, but felt himself calm down when he felt a comforting presence.

Delpox wrapped her warm, fluffy paws around boy's body and nuzzled him gently. That little one deserved some love and comfort. She could feel he was in bad emotional state

At first Chris flinched away from the touch. But as soon as he felt the comforting hug and kind motherly nuzzles, he latched onto the pokemon. His crying turned to sobs as he held onto the pokemon for dear life, as he trembled violently in her arms.

Delphox smiled motherly and hugged poor, crying boy. She picked him gently in paws and rocked softly. She knew she must take care about that poor baby. It was her duty to nurse him and love him

Slowly but surely, Chris' sobs devolved into quicken, sharp breathes, hiccups, and sniffles as he was rocked gently by the unknown pokemon. He snuggled against her fur, as he still trembled in her arms. "H-H-H-Help m-m-me..." He quietly pleaded to the pokemon, before he then flinched in the pokemon's arms as angry, disgruntled voices could barely be heard in the distance.

She kissed his cheek with love and nodded. "Don't worry, baby. I will protect you" she cooed and quickly walked with him deeper into forest. She knew someone wanted to hurt this poor child. And she needed to protect him

Chris held onto the pokemon's fur tightly as he was carried deeper into the forest. He heard the distant sound of car motors fade out slowly in the distance, as he calmed down knowing his awful parents must have given up their search for him.

Delphox carried poor child deeper into forest until they reached their destinity. Big, two floor house with garden on back. "Nobody will hurt you ever again, sweetie. I promise" she told him, using psychic powers
