Climbing to the Bottom - a Jack and the Beanstalk RP (private)

Jack B. Nimble felt guilty for having trusted the word of a stranger and traded his family's cow for some beans, especially since his mother had discarded said beans, and now they had close to nothing.

However, when he awoke, he saw that where the beans had fallen, now a tall stalk had sprouted, piercing through the clouds.

His first impulse was to wake up his mother and let her know. But he was certain she was still mad at him, so he decided to investigate himself.

Pushing himself, he proceeded to climb and see where it led.

Luckily, he had always been a superb climber, so he managed to keep his grip without fear of falling. "It'll take me all the way to the clouds at this rate," he muttered.

Indeed, that was the case, and when he reached the top, dismounted and proceeded to walk on the clouds, he noticed something in the distance.

It appeared to be a castle at a distance. Though even from so far away, it looked quite large. Almost like it was meant for someone one and a-half or twice his size.

He made his way to enter the castle, and indeed, the increase scale was awe-inspiring.

The size alone was enough to dissuade anyone from entering, but Jack had always been braver than most, so he solemnly stepped inside.

He got a good look at the foyer, the dining hall, and the drawing room. But signs were clearly pushing for him to reach the bedchamber.
