Island Baby Club (private w/akiyayayayama)

[Mr Hoo]

It was a sunny day as usual on the island of Anywhere as Rooney was at home practicing on his punching bag. A knock was heard at his door, causing him to stop and answer it. It turned out to be Rosie, who wore a big smile on her face, "Hey Rooney, ready to go?" she asked.

"Yeah, just finishing up some training. Is Mitzi coming as well?" the kangaroo asked.

"I think, let me see if she answered my text." Rosie said while getting out her NookPhone and looking for Mitzi's response.

There seemed to be a reply sent from here implying she was heading over to the spot they both agreed on.

Sometime later, the cat appeared with a smile plastered on her face at the sight of her friends. "Hi, Rosie and Rooney! What's going on today, mew?"

"Hey Mitzi! We were just heading out to the place." Rosie said while winking.

"Hm? Which place are you talking about?"

The cat asked, her head tilting to the side as her happy demeanor was overshadowed with a face of confusion, the wink further making her more confused at the statement. It was like... she was so out of the loop of what's happening between the two and that she stuck out the most.

[Mr Hoo]

"You mean you don't know, silly?" Rosie asked.

"Perhaps we should show her, maybe she'll like it." Rooney said while throwing an arm around Rosie's shoulder.

"Hmm... you're right, no one should miss out on this. You'll join us right?" Rosie asked.

"Sure! I'll join you two, mew!"

While still not having the slightest idea on what 'place' they're talking about she merely nodded, clasping her paws together with a warm smile.

"Awesome, let's go punches!" Rooney said in excitement as they headed off. After a few minutes of walking, the cats and kangaroo arrived at an unmarked building with a single entrance.

Rosie gave a secret knock on the door, causing it to open automatically, "After you, silly." Rosie said as she gestured for Mitzi to enter first.

And with that out of the way, she rubs at her own eye with the heel of her paw.

Her eyes widened slightly from the automatic door sliding open, the way that one of her friends know about this and not Mitzi herself until now is a tad bit unsettling for the cat herself, but it's with... friends right? They wouldn't intentionally put her at serious risk, right? Her head heavy with full of questions, but never bothered to ask.

Swallowing down her nervousness with the invitation of Rosie, she stepped right in rather slowly.

The three animals went inside through a small corridor lit with a single light bulb, on the other end was another door, "Prepare to have your mind blown." Rooney said while opening the door, revealing the welcoming sight before them. It was huge nursery, bigger than anything one could ever see. The floor was padded and made to look like colorful puzzle pieces, the wall was painted light blue with pictures of smiling clouds and birds. There were baby stuff, as expected with a nursery, but it was all in a large size to fit fully grown animals like them.

There were pastel cribs filled with soft blankets and pillows, a kitchen area with highchairs and a fridge, a play area with a large toy chest filled with every type of toy imaginable, plushies, blocks, you name it, "Welcome to the Anywhere Island Cub Club!" Rosie announced.

Mitzi was just awkwardly blinking, shifting glances from across the nursery floor and back. That cleared up the injuring aspect for her thankfully; given on how they have to travel through a corridor first to arrive there.

She was never the judgmental type, but she had a hard time collecting the words on what to say about this, closing her eyes shut as she tried to sound as nice as possible.

"U-Um, how long this has been here..?" She meekly asked, the cat sounded so tensed up.
